But I was surprised and gratified by the Kelly Ford group. Frank and Phil were honest, to the point, completely knowledgable with my many questions, and best of all, non-pushy. It was a total pleasure working with them, and it was also very special meeting with the manager, an ex-Navy Seal! Being from a military family, this was memorable! Some seem generally interested in what I'm saying but more often than not, I feel like I'm on an assembly line where they spend as little time as possible to get the basic information and then shoo me along. I go there because they're convenient to where I live but I'm going to start going elsewhere. Also, not having a loaner program is a BIG PROBLEM. A shuttle, while better than nothing, leaves no flexibility for those of us who need a vehicle for work or in case one of my children gets sick at daycare or school. More

I can say every time I went to Kelly ford to help me decide best thing they did for me was to provide me with knowledge along with taking time explain and understand why I wanted truck and price range I wanted. Marc Camelleri , Charlie Algieri-McCarthy and Mike Casey. I could not ask for better dealership to work with after 7 months of looking. They got me into brand new F150 with Eco boost, 2.7 litter, 302a package. with great price and terms. Ask me why I went with them, was not just great service they provided me but I went with them cause they made me feel like one of Kelly ford Family not just customer because of this I would recommend anyone to them. Sales Representative Austin Kirk did a great job explaining the new technology and although I didn't buy immediately, I did leave with the information I need to make the best choice of the car to carry me into my 90's. Having my previous sales person Cassandra Younger greet my wife and me was very special and emphasized the family aspect of Kelly Ford. More

He made suggestions, but didn't try to steer me in another direction. I even left the dealership to look at other vehicles, but because of his service and the look of the Ford Edge, I purchased my car from Kelly Ford. We've had an ongoing relationship since I purchased in March. I am able to call anytime I think I have a problem. Wonderful dealership!!! More

God help you if you have average credit you'll need your pajamas. Dealer fees way to high. This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership and probably my last. We Were Surprised! My husband and I had already been long time Mercury & Ford customers but were were used to one dealer in Saint Cloud, so taking the steps into Kelly F My husband and I had already been long time Mercury & Ford customers but were were used to one dealer in Saint Cloud, so taking the steps into Kelly Ford were big ones for us, but we had moved over to the coast and we figured, "why not"? We were met by our 'Sales Consultant',Marc Camelleri who was just as nice as anyone could ask for. My husband even warmed up to Mr. Camelleri (and that takes some doing!). Mr .Camelleri was more than patient, taking the time to explain the many details of what would become my Ford Escape! My husband already drove a 2014 Ford Escape and we've been so pleased with it, and my 2009 Mercury Milan was nearing almost 200,000 miles, so we decided to look at Kelly Ford. That's been the best thing we've done since moving here, and we're both very, VERY happy with the staff, management,sales,and service. Everyone seems genuinely interested in our happiness with the products they sell and service, including Mr. Camelleri (of course), Carlos Arciniegas,our financier, and Mr. McCarthy, one of the Managers at Kelly Ford. Truth is, it seemed that no matter who we dealt with, the key was to be at Kelly Ford. Of course we also got lucky and dealt with the best! Oh, by the way, my husband liked Kelly Ford so much he also has his Escape serviced at Kelly Ford! We're long time customers, for sure. Thank you. More

One of the main reasons I continue to return is because of Traci Daily . She is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled at her job. She thoroughly explains all of the work to be preformed beforehand,and keeps me informed of all the progress throuout the process . In addition,she makes sure that I am aware of any recommend maintence procedures and any dealer specials that may be benifecial to me . I consider her to be very important part of my vehicle maintence program and feel that she is an exceptionally valuable asset to the Kelly Ford service team. I have witnessed her interactions with customers and coworkers,and she is allways kind and courteous . She truely is a great employee and a great person. I can not say enough good things about her.
