Excellent Customer Service I purchased a used Ford F150 Lariat last week. I noticed a small chip in the windshield that was in my line of vision. I could not find the card that I purchased a used Ford F150 Lariat last week. I noticed a small chip in the windshield that was in my line of vision. I could not find the card that came with the owners manual to reprogram the keypad on the driver side door and also I noticed a piece of rubber molding surrounding the driver side door had pulled loose from 3 of the pins that hold it to the body of the truck. I called and spoke to my salesman Reggie Morton and told him of my findings. Without hesitation, Reggie asked me what day and time would be convenient for ME to bring the truck in so they could address my findings. I gave them a date and time to come in for the keypad and the molding, I arrived and was met by Charlie Algieri who personally drove me to the service area where those two items were completed within 10 minutes. Reggie came to the service area to make sure I was being cared for and then I was escorted back to the front and on my way. The customer service I received at the dealership was beyond my expectations!!! As far as the windshield, they sent someone to my home to fix the windshield right in my driveway!!!!! This dealership is top notch!!!! I would highly recommend Kelly Ford to anyone purchasing a vehicle new or used, I can't say enough good things about the people who work here and the quality of vehicle I now have!! My apologies to the gentleman in the service department who helped me, I don't remember his name but he was polite, funny, quick and efficient. More

Purchase of MY Ford F150XL My purchase started with a simple internet inquiry which only preceeded with me driving away in my new F150. My initial contact with Frank Saladino questioned a possible used truck with my upside down trade. He quickly changed my mind with rebates and incentitives on a new truck which only made sense.. Frank's sickness that day allowed me to meet Phil Pettus the next day which presented me with the truck of my dreams. Between the both of them they structured a trade in deal that allowed me my current ride, one AWSOME Ford truck. I must also mention Sandy whom went to bat for me during the finance stage and also Cheryl who educated me on all the electronics of this vehicle. Take what you can get I knew that the vehicle I wanted would be hard to find but when there was only one in the state of Fl and didn't have the equipement that I needed I w I knew that the vehicle I wanted would be hard to find but when there was only one in the state of Fl and didn't have the equipement that I needed I was told that under these circumstances 'you take what you can get'.That statement would have been enough of a surprise but when,the next day, I was told of another vehicle that was available in another state, I discovered that, it too didn't have the proper equipement the sales pereson stated that he had called U-Haul to verify that THEY would install the tow-hitch that I would need. Really? U-Haul this buying process was getting way out of hand. I'm NOT interested in buying a new vehicle from Kelly Ford.and I'm not recommending them to my friends. More

Excellent Experience I purchase a vehicle about every 2-3 years. I hate it because of the whole process and usually end up agitated by the time it's over. Reggie Morton met me in the parking lot with a smile and showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy or badgering like most sales reps are. I felt like everything I said and wanted mattered and Reggie was willing to do everything to make it happen. Charlie Algieri was more than accommodating when it came to a fair price. I came in with my own financing already secured but Sandy Smith wanted to try and beat my interest rate. She did by a long shot!! Cheryl Shaton was excellent in explaining how to use all the "bells & whistles" in my new truck. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
