"The Dream Team"!!! Charlie McCarthy, Phil Pettus and Sandy Smith are "The Dream Team"! I bought a Focus from these awesome people last year but unfortunately my children Charlie McCarthy, Phil Pettus and Sandy Smith are "The Dream Team"! I bought a Focus from these awesome people last year but unfortunately my children were in a car accident which totaled our car. As soon as the Dream Team heard what happened they took charge and within two days I had a new car and the only thing we needed to do was pick out the color and for me to sign the papers. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am and how compassionate they were knowing what my girls and I were dealing with in just their injuries alone.... Sandy guided me every step of the way in how to proceed with the gap coverage and the warranties and paperwork. Phil and Charlie were the best in making sure we could do what I really needed to happen.
