Used 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie purchased All around great experience. Came in to test drive a used 2016 Toyota Tacoma and walked out with a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. He was brilliant at matching my needs with the cars available, with clear and honest explanations, and in the end I was thrilled to buy a second hand C-Max which was as good as new vs. leasing. The supply chain of purchase, plates and insurance was expedited very efficiently within a couple of hours. My only rebuke concerns the financial stage, when the accountant whipped through a dozen papers to sign with minimal explanation to someone who has never bought a car before. Furthermore, he whipped through warranty options worth USD4000 after I had just written a check for USD20,000 which was disheartening. I had understood that the warranties for the key elements such as electric train and battery were still valid without knowing of all the other things that could go wrong. I felt that a more detailed discussion on warranties should have taken place before the purchase stage. However, it didn't matter in the end, as Ron advised me what to do and validated my own decision. More
