Quick and Painless Everybody knows how hard and painful it can be to go to a car dealership and wonder if you're going to get the car you want or get suckered into the " Everybody knows how hard and painful it can be to go to a car dealership and wonder if you're going to get the car you want or get suckered into the "better" option because the salesman is just that good. That wasn't the experience I had at Kelly Ford. I researched online the car I wanted and was promptly contacted by an online representative to tell me that the car I was interested would be available to me when I showed up for a test drive. Frank and his staff treated me like royalty and let me test drive with no strings attached and no sales pressure. When all was ready I got their quote for my trade-in and their car. Although, I didn't receive the price I wanted for my trade-in I tried negotiating to a fair value that would allow me to leave comfortably knowing I didn't get swooned by a an elite salesman. I will say it took a little while to bring him down to a price I wanted but there wasn't arguments and no need for too much hassling to get the deal and the car that day. I would definitely recommend Frank and his staff personally for helping me on a personal level! More
