She took care of our vehicles during that period and was there to turn them over to us when we arrived in Florida. Any questions we may have had she quickly addressed. From competitive pricing that kept me at the low end of the spectrum, to fast, easy, dependable and courteous service; they treat you like a King or Queen at their dealership. They are true to their word that they will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. I made my own mistake in reading the quote. I was loud, obnoxious and rude, and after I realized MY error I apologized profusely, only to have them apologize to me even more (when it was unnecessary). They brushed off my performance like the professionals that they are and I couldn't be happier with everyone I encountered. I love my new car. They had to make concessions for me and delivered flawlessly. I am NOT an easy customer and they took care of my every wish. No need to ever look elsewhere to buy a Ford. More

Service-- Amazzing I have to say getting service that you expect is rare these days, at dealership especially is even harder to get that. I have to say time and time again Kelly Ford has done that and more. Several people not just one, have helped me. This dealership shows me again how things used to be and can still be with the right mentality. They help or tried to help me in so many ways, managers, service members and even the owner have all tried to ensure that my issue was taken care. They attempted every possible option to get me back up and running as soon as possible. Number one thing is they are women friendly the reason I say this is at Palm Bay Ford I was treated like crap as woman. Condescending and basically thinking they are better than me and I shouldn’t even be there. That is why I went to Kelly Ford and continue to go back its amazing how equally they treat everyone, doesn’t matter race or gender they just care about getting the customer happy from what I have seen. I can’t even explain how nice it is after a day of xxxx to receive that type of help. I recommend people to come here and to continue to come here. More
