Phil was with another customer so he introduced us to John. John did a great job, as a salesman he was very professional but made us feel comfortable. We never felt any pressure to buy at anytime. He answered all our guestions and even ones we hadn't thought about. It was late when we arrived, but he stayed right with us to the VERY END! I'm not sure but I think it was 9:30pm when we left. John gave us his cell no. If we had any trouble, and also directed us to I -95. We felt like he cared about making sure we were satisfied, not just selling a car. THANK YOU JOHN!! YES we would go back to Kelly Ford and will tell others about them. They are not just a team, they seem more like a family ?? Sandra Smith also stayed late to help us finish up the sale and was great to work with. She also explained everything to us and made the transaction go very smoothly. Thank you also Sandy.
