Phil was with another customer so he introduced us to John. John did a great job, as a salesman he was very professional but made us feel comfortable. We never felt any pressure to buy at anytime. He answered all our guestions and even ones we hadn't thought about. It was late when we arrived, but he stayed right with us to the VERY END! I'm not sure but I think it was 9:30pm when we left. John gave us his cell no. If we had any trouble, and also directed us to I -95. We felt like he cared about making sure we were satisfied, not just selling a car. THANK YOU JOHN!! YES we would go back to Kelly Ford and will tell others about them. They are not just a team, they seem more like a family ?? Sandra Smith also stayed late to help us finish up the sale and was great to work with. She also explained everything to us and made the transaction go very smoothly. Thank you also Sandy. The next day we came back and Dan ,in service, took care of having the Xzilon put on the car and then Cheryl Shaton met with us and completely went over the computer part of the Edge . Used Car Purchase (2015 Chevy Malibu) I can give the overall star rating a 4. 5 - Star Initially getting into the dealership is really easy. They have an internet sales division which I can give the overall star rating a 4. 5 - Star Initially getting into the dealership is really easy. They have an internet sales division which greets you by email. The dealership has the car you want to see, you visit the to test drive the car, you test drive the car. All no hassle and very professional. The team supports one another to make sure your needs are met. 4 - Star I decided I liked the car and will purchase it. We agreed on a price and they send you back to finance to complete your sale. This part is to give you about $6k in additional options. I made a mistake and caught it too late. My fault, but finance gave me another solution to correct it and hopefully that will solve my problem at a later date. 3 - Star After having my vehicle for a week I started to smell cigarette smoke. (Enterprise Rental Car). I asked them to help me schedule a date to come back for them to get the smell removed. They didn't. I will need to contact them again to see when that is. I have a slow leak in one of the tires which they could have caught and fixed prior to selling. They might fix all of this but the point of purchasing a car from a Certified Dealership is to have it working right before it's sold and not to inconvenience the customer by bringing the car back multiple times to have things done that should have been done prior to selling. They did not have a second key for the car so I brought it back to have one made and programmed. All in all it averages about a 4 star. I really did enjoy my experience from the sales team. however once you are out the door, out of site and out of mind. I will need to contact the person who sold me the vehicle to schedule the scent team to get rid of the cigarette smoke. More
