Mr Paquet provided us with details on the car we selected to test drive and explained the new technology and safety features. He explained these features in depth and was able to answer our many questions. This information made it possible to determine what features we wanted in our new car. He was determined to ensure that all details were provided to our satisfaction. Mr Amore worked steadily to obtain the car with desired features, including color and interior, that we wanted in the vehicle. Ms Smith explained in detail the financing and warranty and answered follow-up questions with a smile. Ms Shaton provided at least an hour presentation further explaining features and setting them to our specifications. We couldn't ask for more courteous service from all. The one hiccup was Corporate's institution of an on-line DD-214 verification that no one in the dealership had experienced previously. Mr Paquet took it upon himself to obtain instructions so we could complete the process directly on-line and is now the EXPERT on this application for future transactions at this dealership. More

One of the easiest car buying experiences. I never really thought of buying a car from Kelly Ford but when I decided I wanted a convertible, I researched various cars and narrowed it down to ei I never really thought of buying a car from Kelly Ford but when I decided I wanted a convertible, I researched various cars and narrowed it down to either a Mustang or Camero. I was driving down US 1 one day and saw a Mustang convertible on the lot and having a little time to kill, I decided to take a look. Buzz Simon was the first to greet me, shook my hand and asked me what I was looking for. I explained I was in the beginning stages of looking for a convertible, had it narrowed to the Mustang or Camaro but didn't have enough information to make a determination. I also said I wasn't in any hurry to buy and without hesitation he said "let's take a look". Then he said "let's take it for a ride". As I test drove the car, we had a great conversation about the car, our lives and come to find out, we grew up not far from each one another in the Carolinas. Not once did he say what can we do to make this happen that day. He knew I was only looking and he accepted it. When we were finished, we shook hands and off I went. A couple weeks later, my wife and I went looking and we went to several dealers with the notion we were only looking but the pressure to buy was high. We had a very bad experience when we bought our last car and we were "ganged " up on by 2 different salesmen and a manager. Big mistake. As we stopped at Kelly Ford, a salesman approached us and we told him I wanted to see Buzz and without thinking he found him and sent him our way. We still were not fully committed to the Mustang but was leaning pretty hard. Buzz treated my wife with the same courtesy as he did with me and by the time we were finished the only thing we needed to decide on was if we were going to finance through the dealer or outside and also if we were going to trade our current vehicle. Again there was no pressure to buy. At that point I just wanted to know the out the door price. We went inside, sat down and he did his thing. When he gave us the cost, we still wanted some time to think but he went to get his manager. My wife and I looked at each other and said here comes the pressure. When Charlie sat down he heard our plans and all he wanted was to give us more information, mostly what he would give us for our trade. He came back with quite a bit more than I was expecting so he had my attention. We talked some more mainly personal stuff but we were still undecided about trading or financing. He was okay with it and said he would hold the car until Monday (we were there on Saturday) for us to make a decision. I didn't put a dime down on it so I wasn't out anything. By Monday we made our decision and I called him to say I was bring my car and a check. Arrived there late Monday afternoon, filled out the paperwork and off I went. I had to ask if I could buy the extended warranty. Carlos, closer, showed me several plans and was very informative about the differences between them. He recommended a couple but left the decision to me. The whole process took just about an hour (would have been quicker but I like to talk). As I was driving out, it hit me as to how easy that was. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and had some good experiences but many bad. This one was, in my opinion top 2 or 3. Now we see about the service. If it is what it was like to buy the Stang, then I will be back. I will say this, if I'm ever looking for another car in the Brevard area, I know 2 other Ford dealers, 2 Chevrolet, a Chrysler and Mazda dealer I will not go to. More

At first, I was hesitant, later, I was relieved! IF anyone knows the feeling, visiting a dentist is usually preferable to be car shopping! Entering Kelly Ford I was hesitant about it because I simply IF anyone knows the feeling, visiting a dentist is usually preferable to be car shopping! Entering Kelly Ford I was hesitant about it because I simply felt/thought we were entering 'just another dealer, just like in Orlando' however, I was completely wrong! My wife was holding her breath because she knows me so well. I don't like being greeted OUTSIDE by a crowd of sales people. Later, I learned why they're there, so at least my question is answered. Our sales consultant is Marc Camelleri, and both my wife and I are glad we met Marc. What a nice fellow, polite, and respectful. We had visited to see the new 2016 Escapes (I already drive a 2014 model) for my wife, Mary Ann. She was well aware of what she wanted, thanks to the internet, and Marc brought the exact vehicle to us for her inspection. We had had an idea of the price plus we had a trade-in, a 2010 Mercury Milan. Needless to say we miss Mercury, but are happy with our Ford selections! Agreeing we wanted this vehicle, Marc led us to his desk and we spoke about the price and then the trade-in. Marc secured the best price he could for our Mercury but I admit that it was me who was hesitant.It was a fair offer but I wanted a little more. It's then that we met Charlie Algieri-McCarthy, the sales manager, and we talked about the trade. I gave my thoughts, he actually listened and decided to see the trade himself. He came back a short time later and we had reached an agreement. Not receiving exactly what I hoped for, but certainly a more than fair offer. From the moment we sat down with Marc I noticed how just about everyone got along well, seeming just like a true team! 'Charlie' and I discussed more and he provided me his card and told me if I needed help to just call and/or ask for him. Next, it was our turn to meet with the Finance Director, Carlos Arciniegas, a nice man who took us step by step through the whole process. Another very pleasant person who seemed to want to make us as happy as could be. Believe me, we were! Thank goodness for a great credit rating which makes everything so much nicer and easier! Having completed all the paperwork, (about 5 to 7 hundred trees!) it was time to meet with Cheryl, our new vehicle orientation instructor/consultant. And, another very pleasant, very nice young lady who takes her position seriously. Even though we already owned a 2014 Escape there are a lot of new details, 'toys' in the 2016 model. Cheryl answered all of our questions and even offered to assist me with my 2014, if I had questions. By the end of the presentation I was ready to take full credit for stopping at Kelly Ford, but Mary Ann knew better and let me know it! We now believe that if anyone is searching for a vehicle, new or even used, they'd be making a mistake if they didn't at least stop by Kelly Ford to view what they have. *NO, I was NOT compensated to write this admission of mine, that our trip to Kelly was so great, I'd be willing to start shopping for the next vehicle!
