Its for this reason I will continue to do business with Rob in the future has always treated me fair, has always answered all my questions, and was able to explain things to me that were unclear. The service department is excellent. Judy Daly, the service manager is a hard worker, and a great asset to the service department. She makes sure that all personnel provide customers with the highest standard possible. The service writers have always been helpful and very knowledgeable. I would just like to say that the whole organization of Kelly Ford is great. I will pass the word on to those who are looking for a place that strives in making your sales and service experience a pleasant one. More

John was exceptionally knowledgeable about his products, exceptionally honest and straight-forward, exceptionally pleasant polite and informative, and went out of his way to help gain the lowest price possible to make the deal happen. The entire process from sales with John to the business office and finalizing payment with Carlos couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I would definitely give them my highest rating and would recommend the dealership and those people mentioned to any prospective auto or truck buyer! More
