Kelly Ford did what no other dealership would I spent 2 weeks going to at least a dozen other dealerships including another Ford dealership in the area before coming to Kelly Ford. No dealership I I spent 2 weeks going to at least a dozen other dealerships including another Ford dealership in the area before coming to Kelly Ford. No dealership I visited in the Palm Bay and Melbourne area could put me in another vehicle with my trade. I went back to Kelly Ford where I bought the car I was trying to trade in hopes of working a deal but not having much faith. I had been treated very poorly by every other dealership. Either they put down my trade, put down my financial situation or told me to come back another day they were busy. I felt like a second rate person until I walked into Kelly Ford and asked for Casey Tucker whom the receptionist answering my call from earlier recommended for my situation when I said I needed a sale's associate who was the best at working impossible deals in unique situations. You see I bought a beautiful car a year earlier and well it was used and a complete lemon on the inside. I could not afford to keep fixing everything wrong with it so I wanted to trade for something more reliable but was skeptical since Kelly Ford is where I got it. What a pleasant surprise. Not only did Kelly Ford redeem themselves in my eyes but they made me feel like royalty. Kelly Ford staff bent over backards to make up for what happened a year earlier. I was able to purchase a brand new 2015 car. Never did I feel not worthy of a new vehicle or like I was asking for too much. I felt like a respected individual. They tried to work as close to what I could afford as a monthly payment while knowing I had to pay off current loan on the used vehicle I bought there a year earlier. They were able to do what no other dealership could - pay off my trade and get me in a new vehicle. Amazing! And it was all because of Casey Tucker listening to me and treating me with respect. It wasn't easy to make it work but Casey Tucker would not stop until I had a vehicle. I know sacrifices had to be made by those on Kelly Ford's end to make it happen. I was not an easy situation. Mike Casey a sales manager worked with Casey Tucker to ensure the deal happened.Their sensitivity and caring attitude is what got me in a vehicle. I know it was one of the hardest sales and I know they made sacrifices. They went above and beyond their job description. They have gained a customer for life. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle. They did not have to do what they did. Selling a used vehicle which ended up having expensive issues is not their fault when I purchased it as is no warranty. I could never say enough good about Casey Tucker and the management staff who helped get me in a reliable vehicle something no other dealership in the area could or would do. I may only be one customer but I have a big mouth and when someone does something right by me I tell anyone who will listen. Why? Because it is so rare anyone nowdays does the right thing or helps someone so I make sure when that happens I tell everyone I know or run into. And one other surprise after I bought the car not only did it have a full tank of gas (which has never been done for me) but they had a customer service specialist spend about 30 minutes showing me how to use all the options and familiarize me with the vehicle. Thank you Kelly Ford and shame on the other dealerships who refused to work with me. They lost an honest responsible buyer to a lifetime of sales with Kelly Ford and hopefully with Casey Tucker as well as 2 future sales by my parents needing to replace their 2 vehicles now and being there with me through the process and seeing the other dealerships compared to Kelly Ford. Casey is not a salesman he's a man who does his job while keeping his integrity and respecting his customer. More

Tristan, Vinny, and others were the most helpful and gracious hosts, showing me a variety of cars to chose from, and eventually finding me the perfect match while getting me the best deal. Whether at the dealership or not, Tristan provided the best customer service I could have asked for from the moment I stepped onto the lot; answering questions over phone and keeping me well informed of my several options. I thank him for trying to get me the newer Ford Focus, and doing all he can to get the price within my budget, and although I bought the Mercury Montego, if I could have afforded it, I would have happily bought the Focus from him. I also want to specially thank Carlos for getting me a warranty that fit my budget, when I was concerned I would'nt be able to afford it. More

Chuck made everything easy. He showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle (my last Ford was a 2008 and there is so much more in this one!) and although I was worried about financing the team was able to get me approved in less than an hour. I drove home the same day in my Fusion. As a cherry on the top, Chuck called last week to make sure everything was going smoothly and was able to answer a question I had.
