I was looking at the Lincoln, Jaguar, and Infiniti. Phil took us out to the Fusions and found a Bronze Fire Titanium. I love the color and all the features it had. The color resembles the color of my neighbors Explorer which I liked. I ended up purchasing that Fusion and Kelly Ford even added Navigation for me. They also arranged to have my windows tinted and Billy, their recommended tint guy came to my house and did the tint on my windows. It looks so great. I am a very happy customer and will highly recommend Phil and Kelly Ford. More

When I wanted a new F150, I came straight back to Kelly Ford and asked for John Alligood. Upon finding the new F150 that I liked with the assistance of John, we proceeded to make the deal. John was very professional, knowledgable and not pushy. Also, Cheryl Shaton was very helpful with the technical aspects of Sync and the new features on the truck. I would highly recommend Kelly Ford and John Alligood if you are looking for a good used vehicle or a new F150. More

The sales process went well. Total time was about an hour to close the sale and 3 hours the next day for delivery through financing. We had to leave as the 2 year old had enough on the first day! And I never make a sale purchase like this without deciding overnight. This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from Kelly Ford since 2005. This experience was even better than the first. I recommend them for a painless process with no surprises. The final sale order was in line with the written agreed to price. I especially would call out Greg and Charlie for being honest and straightforward. The appraisal and explanation of the car features/operation was fast and efficient. More
