Buy Here We contacted the dealer with some basic questions about an Internet ad for a selected vehicle. All were answered quickly and accurately. The car was r We contacted the dealer with some basic questions about an Internet ad for a selected vehicle. All were answered quickly and accurately. The car was ready and in place for a test drive. The sales process went well. Total time was about an hour to close the sale and 3 hours the next day for delivery through financing. We had to leave as the 2 year old had enough on the first day! And I never make a sale purchase like this without deciding overnight. This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from Kelly Ford since 2005. This experience was even better than the first. I recommend them for a painless process with no surprises. The final sale order was in line with the written agreed to price. I especially would call out Greg and Charlie for being honest and straightforward. The appraisal and explanation of the car features/operation was fast and efficient. More

They handled both my routine maintenance and an unusual Body Shop request that I had regarding exterior trim. Judy in Service was friendly, polite and professional. They started the work as soon as I arrived and it was completed very quickly. Charles in the Body Shop went above and beyond the normal scope of work and REALLY helped me out To say that I am 100% satisfied with Kelly Ford would be an understatement! I never write reviews....................but this type service should be noted and applauded, so THANKS!! More

Outstanding 5 Stars ***** Wife was involved in serious accident which totaled our 2014 Fusion. Started doing dealer research and car pricing shortly after the accident. Insurance settled and thank God we bought gap coverage as we were still upside down in loan. Saw ratings for Kelly Ford and found car online with price we liked. Came in and were greeted by sales manager Michael. He introduced us to Michael Sullivan. From there it got better. Michael was friendly, not pushy and we new we were in good hands. Showed him the car we were interested in and he pulled it up front for a test drive. After the test drive we sat down at the bargaining table, told him what payment we wanted and terms. No back and forth tactics. Met our terms with exact payment we wanted. Sat down with Carlos, signed all the paperwork and it was done. Came in at 2:30, drove away at 5:30 with a new car and a 50" TV in the back. The VP Chris Saraceno greeted us several times. Very nice guy, not a stuffed shirt. Thanked us for our business and was very sincere. This dealership deserves to be rated where they are at the top of the list. Will we come back, definitely! Will we recommend it to others, of course! Extraordinary service in time of need. Was on my way to the airport to pick up a friend coming to visit and had a low tire pressure alarm. Pulled over to check it out and saw a nail in one Was on my way to the airport to pick up a friend coming to visit and had a low tire pressure alarm. Pulled over to check it out and saw a nail in one of the new tires I had just purchased a few weeks ago from Kelly Ford. I immediately headed to Kelly where Judy Daly greeted me, and I informed her of the circumstances. Judy's personal attention and the service team at Kelly repaired the tire and got me back on the road in short order, got to the airport just in time. Thanks! More
