When I finally made my mind up to buy a new car, I was reluctant to step into any dealership, so I began my searching on the Internet. That was my first experience with Joshua Leggee. I told him that I was looking for an Escape in a particular color that they did not have in stock. He remembered that, and in a week or two later, he called me to let me know that they got one in. But Josh took the extra effort to send me a video that he made just for me, so that I could see what it looked like before coming in. That's SERVICE above & beyond any that I have seen in the past! When I came in Josh proved to be not only very knowledgeable of the product he sells, but his professionalism and integrity convinced me to buy right there, on the spot. I was also impressed with Cheryl Shaton who welcomed me to the Kelly "family". She made me feel very comfortable with my purchase, knowing that she'd be there to assist me should I have any future questions or difficulties. More

It was the correct approach for me. The entire transaction was completed exactly as was agreed. If you plan to visit Kelly I would give consideration to asking for John's assistance, clearly explain your requirements, and he will do his best and then some to satisfy you as a customer. More

Austin listened to what we needed and helped us find the car that was right for us, not just one he wanted to sell. Everyone paid attention to our needs and did their best to accommodate us. It was a no-hassle, pain-free car buying experience thanks to Austin. That is definitely a Christmas present and we will be back. More
