End Result Very Good I was a little disappointed at first that Ford Dealers in General expect you to purchase the large Ford Transit sight unseen. For about a year and a I was a little disappointed at first that Ford Dealers in General expect you to purchase the large Ford Transit sight unseen. For about a year and a half I have been trying to track one down to test drive. And.. once I did I was hooked. It looks like a bus but drives and turns like a car. From that test drive on it was truly a great experience. It is more costly than I ever intended but it is also a lot more vehicle. I think that Dayo (she's been named) and I will be very happy together. More

Excellent and welcoming sales team! Phil was our sales manager and he was absolutely wonderful. He went way above and beyond what he needed to do to help us with our search. We knew exactly what we wanted going into the dealership and he showed us what we came to see and some new stock that recently came in. He found the exact car we were looking for with everything we had hoped and he made an offer that was too good to pass up. He worked with me on the trade in value, even for my car which was in the shop for some pretty major transmission warranty work. He negotiated a very reasonable offer which beat most dealerships I had been to in Orlando and made very competitive offers for financing which we eventually got elsewhere but was more then willing to beat any way he could. He never once pressured us and made sure that we left with all of the information we needed. He showed us how to work every single feature of the car spending 20-30 minutes modeling how it works and letting us practice. I honestly did not feel like I was at a dealership, he treated us like close friends and always called us by our first names. He even helped me transfer my contents of my old car to my new car while it was still in the shop. Thank you again Phil for all of your help! You are the reason Kelly is such a great dealership. Friendly and extremely helpful even staying with us for multiple hours to make sure we left happy with our new to us car! While I was searching on-line I found a truck that was exactly what I was looking for, it showed very well in the photos and the price was right. I walked into Kelly Ford and was pleasantly assisted by Rob Shoff. He found me what I was looking for with no problems. Everything went quickly and smoothly; with Carlos Arciniegas in the office; he went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone at Kelly Ford was very professional, courteous and very patient. Very helpful, professional and gave a good deal I give 4/5. As soon as i checked the price they would give for the car i was hoping to trade in I got a call from Faith Konyha. She gave me an appointment the next day immediately, told me to come check out the car I was interested in. The next day i came i got a testdrive in what was an extremely clean and damage-free Mustang GT. After the testdrive we sat down for numbers which is why they didn't get 5/5. They offered me way too little for my car, which I had to directly tell them. They then lowered the price once, which still wasn't what i was willing to give. I had to come back the next day where I had to add some cash, but they also subtracted some from what they wanted and we got to an agreement which was good. The cars they have are top notch, Very clean and in good condition. I also had excellent service, Faith was very interested in giving me the exact car i wanted and was always in a good mood and willing to help, no matter what. I would definitely recommend Kelly Ford, I am very pleased with my car so far. More
