100% Satisfaction I have been looking for a pre owned vehicle for the past few months and finally found one at Kelly Ford. While I was searching on-line I found a truck that was exactly what I was looking for, it showed very well in the photos and the price was right. I walked into Kelly Ford and was pleasantly assisted by Rob Shoff. He found me what I was looking for with no problems. Everything went quickly and smoothly; with Carlos Arciniegas in the office; he went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone at Kelly Ford was very professional, courteous and very patient. She gave me an appointment the next day immediately, told me to come check out the car I was interested in. The next day i came i got a testdrive in what was an extremely clean and damage-free Mustang GT. After the testdrive we sat down for numbers which is why they didn't get 5/5. They offered me way too little for my car, which I had to directly tell them. They then lowered the price once, which still wasn't what i was willing to give. I had to come back the next day where I had to add some cash, but they also subtracted some from what they wanted and we got to an agreement which was good. The cars they have are top notch, Very clean and in good condition. I also had excellent service, Faith was very interested in giving me the exact car i wanted and was always in a good mood and willing to help, no matter what. I would definitely recommend Kelly Ford, I am very pleased with my car so far. More

We had Buzz Simon as our sales agent and arrange our ride. He is friendly, genuinely cheerful, and no pressure, so we felt comfortable right away. Also he seemed to appreciate our sense of humor. We just liked the guy. Appreciated he was not pushy. Then the serious business when we drove one, came back the next day, drove another, and then made our decision on the first one we drove after all. Then he worked with us to bring it to a sale. The best guy we have dealt with yet with looking for a vehicle. Felt pretty good throughout. Then we were helped by Sandy Smith in finance and she was great too! Very knowledgable and a great personality. Again felt comfortable. She worked real good with us when we had to make a change to something. Appreciate her patience and understanding.
