We had Buzz Simon as our sales agent and arrange our ride. He is friendly, genuinely cheerful, and no pressure, so we felt comfortable right away. Also he seemed to appreciate our sense of humor. We just liked the guy. Appreciated he was not pushy. Then the serious business when we drove one, came back the next day, drove another, and then made our decision on the first one we drove after all. Then he worked with us to bring it to a sale. The best guy we have dealt with yet with looking for a vehicle. Felt pretty good throughout. Then we were helped by Sandy Smith in finance and she was great too! Very knowledgable and a great personality. Again felt comfortable. She worked real good with us when we had to make a change to something. Appreciate her patience and understanding. We are hopeful all this good stuff will continue with service after the sale of our new truck. THAT will really be the BEST. Thank you Buzz-Man and Sandy! And we luv our truck! More

Gives you the run around Went to Kelly Ford to purchase a new car, after dealing with the lemon law vehicle we purchased in June. It seems that we are getting the run around. Picked out a car, and told we would finish the deal over the weekend. Called on Friday to confirm and told they were not sure on financing. Jeff said he would call us Saturday morning to let us know. Told on Saturday after calling that he would have something locked in Monday morning. Called this afternoon and are getting the tun around. Now my credit has been pulled 9 times! At the least they should let us know either way. Dont think my credit is bad, its the fact we have a lemon we are paying for now, which is settling. Avoid this dealership unless you want to play games and your credit spammed. More
