Sandy in Finance is amazing! I called in with some questions for the finance department and was lucky enough to get in touch with Sandy. Not only did she stop what she was doing o I called in with some questions for the finance department and was lucky enough to get in touch with Sandy. Not only did she stop what she was doing on the last day of the month (which can be extremely busy for car dealers), she went out of her way to answer my questions and walk me through my issue. Chuck Cooper was the salesman not pressuring me gave me a couple of weeks to think about this purchase .I 've waited a long time for this truck and I wanted what I wanted. He let me take my time showed me several SUV as wells as trucks. He was great. After my purchase came Cheryl Shaton, who spent over an hour with me show me how to operate my truck she was so patient with me by the time she was done I have a general ideal and confidence in myself. She also gave us her number in case we have any future problems. As we waited for our truck the sales manager Charlie McCarthy assistant us as well. Everyone at Kelly Ford was so pleasant it was a real pleasure working with there team. Definitely recommending Kelly Ford to one and all. More

Overall, while every dealership was professional both, in sales and presentation, I found Salesman Harold Paquet to be a professional salesman who did not use pressure tactics to secure a sale. Instead, he listened as I explained exactly what I was looking for and he was able to secure the sale with the sales manager and complete every step of the sale quickly and accurately. Additionally, the manager (Charlie) stopped by the desk to introduce himself to my wife and I and the finance employee (Joy) was both courteous and pleasant to deal with. Overall, I give Kelly Ford an A+ and am glad that I purchased my new vehicle from this dealership! More
