Enoying our 2015 Edge SEL It's not very often people actually take the time out of their day to give a person let alone a business feedback on the services they rendered. Here' It's not very often people actually take the time out of their day to give a person let alone a business feedback on the services they rendered. Here's my 2 cents! Positive accolades: Patient sales team, great sales technique by allowing the customer to take the car home overnight to see if it suited their needs; this idea sold me. Harold Paquet sat with us on several occasions to help us find the right car to suit our needs. We put him through so many endless and I mean endless internet searches all over the state of Florida just to find our car. His hands on experience was spot on! He walked us from one car to another and mentally built our car we desired. Well it worked...the car is parked inside our garage. Harold Paquet: I'll see you again when my warranty runs out for my new 2018 vehicle. You're our permanent salesman we liked working with you. I'll send you business in the future. Cheryl Shaton: Kelly Ford leadership you hired the right person to perform the hands on training for your customers. Even though she gives you a plethora of information under 2-hours or so her briefing it was more than enough for us middle aged adults to absorb and safely drive home. Charlie McCarthy & Vinny Amore; what can I say ... you found our car and made us very happy. Youre very good and what you do for the car business. The other two dealership I visited could take a page out of your book when it comes to customer relations. Kudos my friend. Chris Saraceno; pleasure meeting you sir you have a great staff give them all a huge pay raise otherwise they'll wander off to another dealership with your business training techniques. We had so much confidence in Ford Quality; we did not test drive the car until we drove it off the lot. Improvable process: Internal communication between Ford dealerships. What I mean here is ... if the customer finds a car and then signs a document to secure the car at another dealership. Be certain its actually available and not on hold at their dealership for their customer. This situation happened to us on this deal; however Kelly Ford sales staff save the day by finding us a better deal within a day. Signed, Happy to be a "Repeat Customer" More

When my salesman, Mike Casey described himself as a "straight shooter" he couldn't have been more accurate. He never applied any sales pressure, and he never sugar-coated the deal or the truck like many other salesman do. My wife and I truly hit it off with him as if we were friends. The tone changed a little once we say down to finish the deal with the business manager (I choose not to include his name) which is why I chose not to give 5 stars. I suddenly was snapped back into reality that we were at a car dealership when the business manager began with the pseudo friendly chit-chat where he didn't listen to our answers to his own questions. Additionally, the cheesy salesman tactics were annoying, especially when he wouldn't take no for an answer. His scare tactics were unappreciated. Point: it's somewhat counter-productive to tell someone that the car they are buying from you is likely to have some sort of catastrophic failure (paraphrasing) which will likely cost you much more than the warranty itself. Then to top it off, it seemed as if he was only offering a lower interest rate if I were to agree to paying an additional $1200 for the least expensive plan. Overall, I feel like I got a good deal on the Tundra, but feel (almost certain) that they could have offered me a better interest rate. However, I would definitely recommend Kelly Ford, specifically Mike Casey, to my friends and family. I would just warn them about the business manager aspect. More
Excellent no hassle, no pressure buying experience! I visited this dealer approximately 6 weeks ago looking at the 2015 F-150's. Dave Pariso was very helpful, and left a good impression. When my need for a vehicle became more urgent, I called Dave, gave him my search criteria, and met him later that day to discuss. The original plan was to bring in a truck from another dealer that exactly met my criteria, but that vehicle was not available. Plan B was to change my criteria and/or select one from Kelly existing inventory which I ended up doing. We are very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience. More

They did not have the car we wanted on the lot so Chris Hill found it for us with no pressure to buy one he had on the lot. They transported it across the state and he still gave us a fantastic deal! The two girls that we worked with in the business office knew just what paperwork needed to be done, and they were very efficient in doing everything. When we came to get the car, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign. Cheryl Shaton spent an hour and a half with us, explaining how all of the functions in the car work, and believe me, this car is amazing! She made us feel that we can call her anytime for a review or to have her answer our questions. Amazing service, amazing car, we couldn't be happier!! More
Tremendous team support Salesman Reggie and a team from sales and business just helped me lease a 2015 F-150 and my grandson buy a beautiful 2003 Ford Mustang GT. Reggie gave us an entire day to help us through the selection process. He and his backup team from sales, finance and service did an outstanding job of answering questions and teaching me about leasing.. They patiently developed different financial options so that we could choose the one that worked best for each of us. At the end of the day Reggie drove the car we had arrived in to our home so that I could drive the F-150 home and my grandson could drive his beautiful Mustang home. The dealership then sent a driver to our house to pickup salesman Reggie and drive him back to the dealership. Thank you Kelly Ford!!! More
