My family was really in need of two new cars and the staff at Kelly Ford went above and beyond to make sure that all of my families needs were met. They got us the lowest prices and made sure the vehicles were exactly what we needed and asked for which was really important to me sense I have two small children who are still in car seats. I think if they had a five hundred dollar car on the lot the staff would work just as hard to sell it as a fifty thousand dollar vehicle. Our salesman, Tristan Palmer was very patient and helpful in every area. After reconsidering, we decided to trade my present Taurus for a new Taurus. We immediately called Tristan. He could not have been more helpful. He did everything from beginning to end to make the negotiations and transition as easy as possible. We ended up with a great car and a pleasant experience. Our first stop was Kelly Ford in Melbourne. Needles to say, we never went to look anywhere else and we left there with a 2011 Edge that had just under 40K miles on it. The car had all the options we wanted and the color was perfect. The sales staff Dave and Jeff were very professional and friendly. Then Sandy in the finance department finalized the deal by getting us financing on the spot. You could not ask for a better crew. More
