Our salesman, Tristan Palmer was very patient and helpful in every area. After reconsidering, we decided to trade my present Taurus for a new Taurus. We immediately called Tristan. He could not have been more helpful. He did everything from beginning to end to make the negotiations and transition as easy as possible. We ended up with a great car and a pleasant experience. A First in My Car Buying Experience I was in need of a replacement for my previous car and was making the rounds of dealers which was a daunting task until I arrived at Kelley Ford. Chri I was in need of a replacement for my previous car and was making the rounds of dealers which was a daunting task until I arrived at Kelley Ford. Christopher Hill was my first contact and was a welcome change from all of my previous contacts. Attentive to my needs, he was both courteous and enthusiastic in meeting my requirements. Additionally, he was considerate of my physical limitations and went far beyond what I anticipated to make my stay at the dealership both pleasant and comfortable. He brought the car I wanted to my apartment to inspect and took my car back to the dealership for evaluation, thereby saving me a tiring situation. The sum total of my experience was something I have never before experienced at a dealer and was not only welcome but greatly appreciated in making my day.
