He got me hooked up with a sales agent John Alligood. He was so pleasant and efficient. He called us and showed us a few cars but never made a deal. Until last week he called with an explorer to see. When we got there he had the Explorer and Brand new Edge side by side to compare. After talking and driving both vehicles. They showed us a deal that was a no brainer to move into a new Edge with warranty for the next 5 years. It has Leather upgrade. I am so happy I even sent my Son there and John and Glenn sold him a Edge to. 5th car bought at Kelly Ford. We will continue to go to Kelly Ford. More

Poor Customer Service Patronizing Service Consultants The only time you will get the full attention of any employee at this dealership is when you may be purchasing a car. They will stand on their heads t The only time you will get the full attention of any employee at this dealership is when you may be purchasing a car. They will stand on their heads to get a sale. Expect this to be the end of any good communication out of this dealership. We brought our 2015 Explorer in to be serviced as we were having a problem with fuses blowing out when I used my Portable Oxygen Concentrator in the car. Bear in mind that this very same concentrator was used in our previous explorer as well as our sport trac with absolutely no problems. It has also been used in cars driven by friends....again with no problem. We were greeted at check in by Fred Sicilia (Asst Service Manager) who I felt was impatient and condescending. He called later in the day to say that the issue was the DC adapter we were using. Again this adapter has been used in numerous other vehicles with absolutely no problem. The cost to repair $220.00. I feel that this was a very subjective call on his part as well as self serving. In addition to not being covering under warranty it was not covered under the additional protection we had purchased for almost $400.00. I tried to speak with a manager but just got the run a round. If this car was not a lease it would be turned in and we would head to Toyota or Honda although we have always owned Fords. Do your research before heading to this dealership More

When we couldn't get the numbers to work for the Mustang I was initially I had the pleasure of working with Phil and Charlie at Kelly Ford last week. When we couldn't get the numbers to work for the Mustang I was initially interested in, we shook hands and I thanked them for their excellent service. I hadn't made it home by the time Phil called me back asking if he could search other dealers to find a car that would fit my budget and still meet my expectations. Two days later I was sitting in my new 2015 Mustang Ecoboost Premium...he even found the color I wanted! I love the car and can't speak highly enough of the customer service Phil and Charlie provided. I've bought many cars but this was by far the most pleasant buying experience I've had! More

Not only did I see him at work with my car purchase, but I also was able to see him work with my daught I was very happy with my salesman Mike Casey. Not only did I see him at work with my car purchase, but I also was able to see him work with my daughters car purchase as well. He was very professional in all aspects. He made sure I understood each step and even moved my things out of the old car into the new one! He explained all the new info related to the "workings" in the car interior. I also would like to give a shout out for Daphane in the finance department. They were able to help me very much in that department as well. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchases, this being the 3rd Ford we have purchased from Kelly. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work! More
Service has nosedived. Last two efforts at service: 1st one, called three times to take car in and get estimate on side view mirror damage, never got a call back. Last message, I asked to transfer to the head of sales to give feedback on this as I was looking at trading in to a newer model as well but unhappy over the lack of service. He also never called me back. Last one, called about a recall notice. Scheduler didn't know if they had the parts, so she told me I had to go to their parts dept and explain the recall to them. Then, if they had the part, I was to call the scheduler back to set up a time. Had to leave message for the parts department, they never called me back. Called Paradise Ford the next day. They were very professional, no comparison. Not sure what is happening at Kelly Ford but they are falling apart. Bought through Kelly and had all prior work done through them, giving up on them now though. More
