Buying a car for a woman could be a very intimidating experience. Phil is extremely patient and understanding, and made me feel like I was important. I have to be honest and say that Ford is not the car or make of my dreams, but if it means dealing with Phil..... I'm sticking to Ford for a while! I highly recommend this dealer and have nothing but good things to say about Phil and my experience there. He is devoted to what he does and knows what he is doing!! My finance person was Sandy and she was also great!!! Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. There was no pressure and very little haggling as I traded in my truck and told them my bottom line which they accepted and worked the deal out with me in half a day. I was in my new truck that afternoon. I feel this dealership was very honest with the utmost integrity level, the way a business should be run. Since I am relatively new to the area, I was having difficulty finding dealerships that would work with me and Kelly showed me they really wanted and valued my business when others were trying to nickel and dime me. I got a fair value for my trade and I never felt any pressure. I think this was the first time I've every actually had fun working with a dealership. The next time buy a Ford I will be going here even though it's an hour drive away. Thanks to everyone there for the emotional support while saying goodbye to my first Mustang. I won't go anywhere else I have purchased both an F150 for myself and an Explorer for my wife in the past 6 months at Kelly Ford.
