Not the old Kelly Ford! We have purchased many Ford vehicles in the past 15 years, either through my company or my family's personal vehicles. (Approximately 25 vehicles) We have not been back to Kelly or Palm Bay Ford since the 3rd vehicle we bought. My wife and I only went to Kelly to see the Explorer up close and look at its features, and then we planned to buy from Orlando. We ended up meeting someone we worked with in the past (Rob Saslow) and he explained the major differences present at Kelly now. We decided to give it a shot and let him work up some numbers. Absolutely no hassle on cost (A-planners anyway), no problems with approval, and more than we expected on trade. The deal was wrapped up to our liking within an hour and we drove home in the Explorer we wanted. We plan on going back for all future needs. Like I said, certainly not the old Kelly Ford. More

Though I did not necessarily stop to buy a new car, just to look, Rob offered me a great deal. Before I knew it, I was driving away in my new, black Ford Fusion. It was a quick sale but I am not one to be pressured. It was just a good deal. All the employees were courteous and well versed in what they did. There was a small misunderstanding about my trade-in, but that was rectified as soon as the dealership was made aware of it. Overall, it was a great experience. Frank Saladino and Kelly Ford well exceeded my expectations. Both Frank Saladino and Sandra Smith understood my need to get out of my old vehicle and into a new car with a better deal than I had. They both worked their "dealer magic" and helped me get the car of my dreams! Whatever Kelly Ford is paying them, it truly isn't enough! I hope the Dealership understands the quality of the people they have working for them! More

Excellent Dealership! can't wait to buy another truck. I had been shopping for a new pick-up. went to Toyota, Dodge, GMC and the Cheverolet dealers in the area. I can say without question that Kelly Ford I had been shopping for a new pick-up. went to Toyota, Dodge, GMC and the Cheverolet dealers in the area. I can say without question that Kelly Ford was the best. I was approached on the lot in a timely manner by a friendly but "new" salesperson (Maureen)....she quickly let me know that she was new to the dealer and she would take notes on any questions she couldn't answer.( this is better than pretending to know everything) Another sale person (Tim) was in the lot in the same area we were and Happily answered any questions Maureen couldn't. As i was short on time... They let me take the truck on a long test drive to pick up my kids from gymnastics and get some stuff done. I told them before i took the truck on the test drive how much i could spend and how much i wanted for my trade-in. When i got back later they had a proposal ready that was slightly above what i had asked for ( to be expected) with 5 mins of fun pressure free haggling with (Clayton and Charlie) ....we reached and agreement. I'd say i spent no more than an hour and a half total in the dealer...including walking the lot to signing the last paper. i also had two small kids with me...they also said thats it we're done! I've bought many cars over the years and honestly i have car dealer anxiety! i really don't like the car buying process. But at Kelly Ford it was easy, problem free and almost fun! thanks for everything. Ken More

My husband and I worked with Frank Saladino and couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience. We told Frank that we needed a car asap and he did everything in his power to not only make this possible but wanted us to be 100percent satisfied with the car and with the contract negotiation. Which we were. He called our insurance company to make sure everything was all set. He explained everything about the car in detail and spent a significant amount of doing this.
