I was referred to Wayne Little by a friend who told me he has a knack for finding the right "vehicle fit" for his customers. After an initial phone conversation, Wayne assured me he would begin searching on has a knack for finding the right "vehicle fit" for his customers. A few days later he called as promised and asked me to come in to Kelly Ford so e could look at some vehicles he determined suitable for my specific needs. The vehicle was from their Used Car selectiin, and I agreed with WIayne that it matched what I was looking for. As a matter of fact, it was such an accurate match that I took it overnight for a test drive and tranferred most of my belongings from my vehicle, right then and there ! Wayne made the comment "This is what we as salesmen call'Taking Possession' of a vehicle". He was right ! I did not want to give the car back, and have been enjoying my 'new' vehicle ever since the test drive ! I want to add that, even though I purchased a Used car, Kelly Ford and it's employees stood behind all promises and guarantees made at the time of sale. Wayne Little truly is a "Vehicle Concierge" ! I would recommend him and Kelly Ford to anyone looking to buy the right vehicle at a fair price because they stand behind their word.
