I arrived at Kelly Ford on a Sunday-a mere hour before closing-and selected 2 cars I wanted to test drive. The buying process was easy, paperwork with Erik went smoothly and quickly, and when I received delivery of my new C-Max John gave me a thorough tutorial, got me acclimated, "sync"ed my phone, and sent me on my way.
