My wife and I began looking for an SUV a few months ago. At the time we were not prepared to purchase a vehicle and were weighing all options. We returned on a Friday afternoon and was ready to settle on some sort of deal. Rob had sent a 2013 Ford Explorer packet in the mail which prompted us to consider the vehicle. We test drove an entry level model and thought we could seriously consider it. We really liked a brown XLT with GPS and cream leather interior, but it seemed out of our price range. After we left the lot a little discouraged, but still hopeful Rob called within 30 minutes to inform us that the brown one could possibly work out. Rob and his team helped us to get our dream vehicle at the right price! It's still very surreal. The experience of leasing a vehicle at Kelly Ford was comfortable, easy, and simplified. We came in with expectations of $$$$ and signing things we didn't understand. Each section was clearly communicated and we had a great experience! Thanks again, our family has been blessed! More
