I had questions about my new battey installed and called back Kelly Ford on 3-20-13. I left a message for Anthony Tiger Trainer to call me at his convenience. He did so very promptly the very next morning. He explained to me thoroughly about the warranty of the battery and gave me some excellent tips on how to preserve battery life after I asked him to. I was completely satisfied with his comments and told him so. He said don't hesitate to call him for any future questions or problems and he would be happy to assist me. I call this going above and beyond the call of duty. He displayed and showed the utmost professionalism and expertise towards me. This makes me want to stay in Florida knowing I'm in good hands. I feel great security knowing that Kelly Ford is only 4 miles away if I need them. Thank you. Sam A Nocera Much thanks and appreciateion
