Per my service visit on 3-13-13 I want to share my experience I had at Kelly Ford. I noticed my 2012 F-150 had a defective battery. I drove to Kelly Ford the next morning after vehicle was hard to sta experience I had at Kelly Ford. I noticed my 2012 F-150 had a defective battery. I drove to Kelly Ford the next morning after vehicle was hard to start and all lights were flashing with a ticking noise. Service Advisor Anthony D Trainer waited on me promptly. He was very courteous to me. I addressed the problem to him and he took down the information. I was completely satisfied with the overall experience I had on this visit. I requested a vehicle wash and he said no problem. Vehicle was very clean. He shook my hand when everything was completed. Before I left I stopped to see Mr Bobby Brown who is the Service/Parts Director at Kelly Ford. I expressed my gratitude on this and the past visits for service and oil changes. He was so very kind. I was told by another customer how Kelly ford goes above and beyond their call of duty to please customers. I can attest to this from my experiences I had. Service and Sales deserve to be five star rated and more than that if possible. When we went to Kelly Ford we did not have the intention to buy we just wanted to look around. Mr. Saslow offered to let us test drive the Ford Escape that we were looking at and his step-daughter went with to buy we just wanted to look around. I live near Fort Lauderdale, and called Kelly Ford about a used car I saw online. I spoke to Phil Pettus and told him I had a car to trade-in. He had the car appraised over the phone, then told me what the a used car I saw online. I spoke to Phil Pettus and told him I had a car to trade-in. He had the car appraised over the phone, then told me what the deal would be, and how much I would pay to get the car they had. The next day I told Phil I wanted the car and I drove the 2-1/2 hours to Melbourne. When I got there, everybody I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Phil honored the deal we made over the phone, and did not try to haggle with my trade-in, or add any additional fees (as many other dealerships I've been to try to do). While I was waiting for papers and such to be done, Phil made the time to come chat with me and help pass the time (which I enjoyed very much). I finalized the deal with Carlos, who was very friendly as well, and did not pressure me to buy any additional items, such as a warranty, but merely made suggestions for me to consider. My overall experience was the best I've ever had at a car dealership, and I will gladly drive 2-1/2 hours to Kelly Ford to buy my next vehicle. More

I never really like shopping for cars because of all the sales gimmicks they all try to use. I hate when they try to sell you a car by what payment you want. I like to shop by price. Straight up talk about price. We agreed and I bought my car. Very low key no pushy sales. I went to other dealers first and am glad I ended up at Kelly ford. Now if the car is as good as the dealer I will be in good shape. More
