Our F150 purchase with Kelly Ford was an easy, efficient and professional experience. We contacted Kelly Ford via the Internet and promptly received a reply from Phil Pettus. Phil was honest, straight forward and understood what information we needed. Phil answered all our emails quickly and never once made us feel pressured to buy a new vehicle. We had received a quote from another dealership so we sent it to Phil and he went to work on saving us some money? Phil had Tommy McGee follow up the next day to make sure Kelly Ford had correctly identified all the incentives we could qualify for. Tommy took plenty of time to ensure we were getting the vehicle we wanted and that we understood all of the incentives available to us. All of the groundwork was done with Phil and Tommy via the Internet and over the phone. Once we agreed on a tentative deal contingent on our trade being as we described it, we scheduled an appointment to visit the dealership. The appointment was scheduled for the morning after Christmas but because of some family projects our arrival was delayed until 5PM. We let Phil and Tommy know that we would be late and it was not an issue. They said the truck is cleaned, fueled and ready to go when you get here. We arrived at Kelly Ford and Phil had the new truck in front of the building under the roof so we could inspect it. We took a test drive where Phil explained all the bells and whistles on the new F150. Once we were happy with the truck we proceeded inside to review the paperwork. Everything was exactly as we had agreed over the Internet, no hidden fees or creative add ons. Phil introduced us to Tommy McGee and he thanked us for giving Kelly Ford the opportunity to earn our business. We took a seat and awaited our turn to visit with Tommy Emery the Finance Manager to complete our purchase. While we waited Phil Pettus made sure our license plate and other items got transferred to the new F150. Our wait to see Tommy Emery was short and he quickly explained what we were signing and why. He was pleasant, efficient and professional throughout our Finance Department visit. We were in and out of the Finance Department in 15 minutes and it could have been quicker but we got him sidetracked on our shared hobbies, which was ok. In total we spent one hour plus or minus at the dealership to complete our purchase and that is great customer service. The whole purchase process was easy and stress free. I highly recommend Kelly Ford and their team for your next vehicle purchase. Thank You to Phil Pettus, Tommy McGee and Tommy Emery for their time and efforts. More

I finally asked who she was and she didn't want to give me her name - she would only say she is the service cashier. ?? When I asked her her name point blank she still didn't want to repond - she finally and reluctantly told me her name is Sheila. I don't think she wants to give out her name because she knows she is rude and treats people like cr*p. Sheila treats you like you're bothering her and she always has someone more important to help and gives you the brush off - like how dare you call and bother her. It clearly doesn't matter that you've just spent thousands of dollars to buy a car from the dealership that keeps her employed, your vehicle issues are clearly very annoying to her and she does not appear to appreciate the business. I would think that a big part of a dealership's business is for those folks they have sold cars to would hopefully come back and have the service done at the dealership, purchase parts, etc., in the hopes they would be treated well and then buy ANOTHER new car when the time comes to purchase. Shiela is rude and should not be allowed to interact F2F with customers if this is her attitude. since this is not my first experience with her (and she does not know who I am so it isn't that she doesn't like me, it's just every time I call this is how she treats me and I can tell it's the same person unless every woman sounds the same and treats people horribly - so it's obvious this is how she treats everyone since it's been a few months since my last call) it is clear that she does not have the personality or skill set to be in this role. She is probably best suited for a backroom somewhere - not customer service. I feel so insulted and if this person treats me this way one more time when I call, that's it - I like Kelly Ford and the folks who sold me the car and did the financing but I am going to take my service business elsewhere and will definitely be letting the manager know. I don't like having to spend money and be treated like dirt. not a fun way to spend my weekend morning hours. More

Phil and Clayton knew that I had been looking for a new car for sometime. After I narrowed my choices, Phil kept me informed as to what was available and the differences in choices. After completing the initial paper work and going to finance, which no one likes going to finance, Carlos kept me at ease. With some work, he was able to find me an interest rate that fit my budget and enabled me to purchase an extended warranty program after he fully explained all the options available. Like Phil, his knowledge and his expertise helped me to get thru this process quickly and he kept me at ease at all times. My experience at Kelly Ford was great and I would recommend Phil and Carlos to help them find their car and financing to all my friends and family. More

I purchased the Xzilon Protection package and have been very happy with it. I have filed one claim with Xzilon for some 'door dings' and was amazed with the results of the repair. My husband was a little reluctant at first about getting the Xzilon, but we have been very pleased with it and the guarantee. Going to Kelly Ford for service on my vehicle is always a very pleasant experience. The people are all so friendly and helpful to make sure you have been taken care of and you are comfortable during your waiting time. My decision to buy my Escape at Kelly Ford was a good one. His manager, David Bossert, did all but walk on his hands to help me purchase this vehicle. I had the pleasure of meeting Sal Amore, who expertly appraised my vehicle and determined it to be in excellent condition and approved what I consider a Good Deal. Our friendly conversation really made me feel at home. I then met Carlos Arciniegas, the finance manager. I happily purchased a vehicle from him when he was employed at Palm Bay Ford, two years earlier. He expertly walked me through the massive paperwork got me a great interest rate and out the door in minutes. While waiting for my vehicle to be detailed and gassed up, I had a casual conversation with Vinny Amore. I was able to decompress while we talked a few minutes about anything but business. He proved to me that they not only sell vehicles at Kelly Ford, They make Friends. More
