On July 4th, we bought AMERICAN! We were so very pleased with our salesman, Rob Saslow and with Carlos Arciniegas, who did the financial end of our sale. I need to take back everything good I said about this dealership. The experience turned out to be heartbreaking, embarassing, and expensive. We signed papers, paid a down payment, traded in a vehicle, an dealership. The experience turned out to be heartbreaking, embarassing, and expensive. Not only that, but they cashed our deposit check several days early causing our bank account to go negative. When we were given back our old car parts were missing off of it. This whole thing is unacceptable. This was either a horrible chain of mistakes on the dealership's part or a Spot Delivery scam. I have yet to decide which one I believe it was. More
