Well, let me say I will never shop at another dealership. Kelly Ford has me as a customer for life thanks to Phil Pettus. What a great guy, he makes you feel comfortable unlike every other dealership I wen Kelly Ford has me as a customer for life thanks to Phil Pettus. He nailed it, exactly what we needed. The van is perfect, it had a strip on it that my wife and I didn't like, they took it off for us. If you want to be treated good and know your now going to get ripped off I recommend very highly that you buy from Kelly Ford. More

All the staff that we dealt with were very personable and enjoyable to work with. They were not pushy, which would have been a real turnoff to us. GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE. PHIL WAS AN OUTSTANDING SALESMAN. WE STARTED THIS PROSCESS IN OCT WHILE WE WERE IN MONTANA BY PHONE ON PURCHASING AN ESCAPE. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING.
