Service Center Takes Forever I have had my car to the service center several times. The first time they had my vehicle for a week and a half for engine mounts. I dropped my vehi I have had my car to the service center several times. The first time they had my vehicle for a week and a half for engine mounts. I dropped my vehicle off early Monday morning and did not hear any updates until I reached out on Tuesday. I was then told it had parts that needed to be ordered and was going to be Thursday before it was finished. I reached out again after receiving no updates the day I am supposed to pick up my vehicle and am now being told that parts were on backorder and that I was supposedly informed of this. I was not until I asked when I could pick it up that I was given this information. Terrible communication and extremely slow service. More
