The service was average, neither great nor terrible. I was very disappointed and appalled when I walked into the Dealership and no one was wearing a mask. Brody was AMAZING. Contacted us almost immediately after I put a request for information in. We had decided to hold off for a little on moving forward with a purchase. And that is exactly a week later I reached out to him to tell him we got the green light. Even still, I asked for quotes, and he worked on them and sent everything over within an hour. Didn’t try to make us come in to work out the pricing and negotiate, which was GREAT. A much different experience than we had at Tropical Ford out by us in Orlando, which had tried to play all the car salesman tricks and our experience was stereotypical. Brody was responsive and tried to make it as quick as possible even after we arrived on onsite. Our only issue was the 2 hour wait for financing. However, Nick was great once we got in there and finished everything quickly and efficiently. Thank you all for everything.
