Scheduled Service I checked my oil life and scheduled my service using my Ford Pass. This was super easy. The service man that helped me was very polite, informative. I checked my oil life and scheduled my service using my Ford Pass. This was super easy. The service man that helped me was very polite, informative. I had an e-mail address issue when trying to use my Ford Pass points. He knew immediately how to resolve my issue, he corrected it and applied my points in only a minute or two. He was very polite, professional, knowledged and kind. This was my 2nd interaction with the service dept. On my first visit, I drove in without an appointment and my experience was just as pleasant. I was greeted right away, my car was taken back for service immediately and the employees were amazing! More
