And that is exactly a week later I reached out to him to tell him we got the green light. Even still, I asked for quotes, and he worked on them and sent everything over within an hour. Didn’t try to make us come in to work out the pricing and negotiate, which was GREAT. A much different experience than we had at Tropical Ford out by us in Orlando, which had tried to play all the car salesman tricks and our experience was stereotypical. Brody was responsive and tried to make it as quick as possible even after we arrived on onsite. Our only issue was the 2 hour wait for financing. However, Nick was great once we got in there and finished everything quickly and efficiently. Thank you all for everything. In our short time with Sandra she was friendly and efficient and gave me additional information on extended warranty offers. If I had spent more time with her I’m sure that I would have more nice things to say. I had an e-mail address issue when trying to use my Ford Pass points. He knew immediately how to resolve my issue, he corrected it and applied my points in only a minute or two. He was very polite, professional, knowledged and kind. This was my 2nd interaction with the service dept. On my first visit, I drove in without an appointment and my experience was just as pleasant. I was greeted right away, my car was taken back for service immediately and the employees were amazing! More
