Exceptional Customer Service! I called the service department one afternoon around 5:45 p.m. when I realized my key fob wasn't working. I had the good fortune of speaking with Mr. I called the service department one afternoon around 5:45 p.m. when I realized my key fob wasn't working. I had the good fortune of speaking with Mr. Derek Ertz-Berger who told me to come right over to see if he could help solve the problem. He normally leaves at 6:00 p.m., but would wait for me to come in (I only live about 10-12 min. away). I arrived right at 6:00 p.m. and Derek was there to help! He tried the simple fix of replacing the battery, which didn't work so after doing a couple of other tests, he said the key fob needs to be replaced. He made sure I knew how to lock my car using the keypad on the car door and told me to come in early the next day (Sat. May 15th). I came in the next day and Derek took care of my car within an hour. He provided exceptional and friendly customer service with competence and ease and made this a pleasant experience! Thank you! More
