Easy and enjoyable buying process I was helped by Ryan, Cassandra, and Lindsay in purchasing a 2019 Escape. I came from out of town and easily set up the purchase online with Cassandra. Ryan is new to the dealership, but was available to help us figure out the car features and get the process done quickly. When it came to financing Lindsay explained everything in detail and let us know the pros and cons of different loaners I qualified with. The dealership itself is very clean and updated. There was comfortable seating, lunch and refreshments provided. I love my car and would recommend my friends and family to go Kelly Ford. More

I went in with body damage from my car and when I walked in Viko greeted me with a smile and had my rental there in a heartbeat. Pete called me several times to update me on my car and John, Viko and Pete took care of a insurance problem that I was having due to mis-communication from the other parties insurance company. They were so relatable and totally understood where I was coming from. I don't want to say that I'll go back for that would mean I'd need more body work, so when I get my car serviced I will stop in and say hello. :) More

Due to a delay in the building process of my Mustang at the assembly plant, the new expected delivery date was 1 day prior to my scheduled surgery, in which case I could not have been able to received the car for several week after that date. Phil worked with the Ford Corporate folks to expedite delivery, such that I ultimately was able to pick up my car 5 days prior to my surgery. Thanks so much Phil. I really appreciated all you did to make this process more enjoyable than it might have been. I would definitely recommend Phil to anyone buying a car with Kelly. Very Happy with Reggie for the 2nd time! In 2015 I finally decided to purchase a New vehicle. In almost 40 years of occasionally looking at new cars I had never stayed on the lot more than 45 In 2015 I finally decided to purchase a New vehicle. In almost 40 years of occasionally looking at new cars I had never stayed on the lot more than 45 minutes before leaving in disgust. I had already looked at Chevys and had planned on hitting the Dodge dealership after Kelly Ford. As it was I never had to do so. Reggie Morton greeted me as I walked in, listened to my rather gauge discription of what I thought I wanted. We then spent the better part of 2 (3?) Hours looking at Escapes and Edges. Then I test drove an Escape Titainium. Nice! By then I was most comfortable with Reggie and we entered the next stage. Reggie introduced me to Charlie (sales manager) before starting serious discusions about my trade-in and final price after dealer discounts. All that went well. Accutally it went way better than I could have hoped for. The exact car I wanted had to be brought in from another dealer but I was OK with that. During the next 3 years I had no problems with my Escape. Routine maintenance was performed without any surprises or additional cost. Last year I traded the Escape for a F-150 Guy Harvey Limited Edition. It doesn't have all of the Bells and Whistle's the Escape had, but it has suited my needs nicely. And I'm still very happy with Ford products, Reggie as a salesman and everyone in the service department. I'd like to point out that the Ecoboost engines DO deliver the estimated mpg when driven easy, but have all the power you could possibly want when pulling a trailer up an expressway ramp. Oh, and 4 wheel disc brakes WILL "stop on a dime!" More

Honest, Knowledgeable, Patient, Quick, Military Friendly! I was greeted by a sales associate shortly after I arrived. Brent was nothing short of amazing. He was honest, upfront, knowledgeable, and really seemed happy to spend the time with me to help me find the perfect car for me. He did indeed spend a lot of time chatting with me and helping me make my decision. He was courteous to our time (we had very limited time as we don't live in the area). I really couldn't have asked for a better sales associate partnership for us. I was born and raised in Palm Bay/Melbourne area and I've always, for some reason, wanted a Kelly Ford car. I had to move away because of my Navy Officer husband, but still work out of and visit this area (family). So, before our next big move even farther away, I wanted to fulfill that dream of having a Kelly Ford car. We also happened to need a better, more reliable car. We drive a lot! I had never even known about the Ford Explorer Sport model. I was only looking at Explorer XLT and Limited models. But Brent sold me a Sport. In the end, it was the better option for us. While no car is perfect, this one had features that we couldn't pass up. We love that the car was Certified Pre-Owned. It gave us piece of mind that we were buying a really good car without issues. A problem we were running into with other car buying options. With so much driving to do in our near future, we wanted something immediately ready for lots of driving and that was reliable. I was in town for a week of work at my workplace office and we had been looking at cars where we live and at Carmax locations all through North Florida. I decided to visit Kelly Ford to see what my options were with you and ended up so impressed and assured and then intrigued with the Explorer Sport. You got a sale out of us mainly because of the Sport. No one else had a Sport model. That made us want to jump on this deal. Brent and Kelly Ford crew were amazing, but we might not have bought a car if you didn't have the Sport. It just would've depended on our feelings about the other used car options. Thank you for being military friendly and for helping us make this fast purchase! I know it was a whirlwind! Sometimes because of military lifestyle, life can roll in unexpected ways and make timing difficult. It was great that you were able to work with us being a military family and also not even live in the area. I came to you not sure what to expect, but I certainly left feeling satisfied with my purchase. More
