They enjoy the fresh popcorn, the big screen tvs, the high tables where they can color while they wait and the incredible staff. The Ford team members stop by our table, visit, bring coloring books for the kids and make sure we are comfortable. Andre was fantastic I came in here just to have a look at vehicles because my car was breaking down. Andre was extremely upfront honest and kind from the moment we met. Definitely the best car salesman that I have ever met because at no point did he get frustrated pushy or angry. I had just sat in my dream truck at another dealership and was not too keen on buying anything else. However with my budget I had to look at other options and Andre explain to me the benefits of having a certified pre-owned vehicle and found a vehicle within my budget. He spent over an hour with me breaking down prices and working on getting the rate lowered to where I felt comfortable. They even let me take the car home for a few hours to make sure I liked it and got to drive it around before purchasing. I came back later that day and decided to buy it. Even with a credit score of 680 and no previous loan history they were able to get me very low payments at a 5% interest rate. I love my new car and we'll be recommending Andre and Kelly Ford to anyone who asks me about buying a new vehicle in Future. The only negative thing I can say is that the financing portion was very rushed and I did not get to ask as many questions or look over everything the way I wanted to because it was close to closing and the woman had another customer after me. So I have to go back to the dealership to ask a few more questions. I would have preferred they just told me to come back the next day and took their time explaining things to me and letting me look over extended options. They could have made more money that way and I would have felt much better about things. More
Felt like Family My wife and I were out looking for a van or a SUV (we had never owned a SUV, most feel too cramped to us). We had already been to a Kia and Chevy dea My wife and I were out looking for a van or a SUV (we had never owned a SUV, most feel too cramped to us). We had already been to a Kia and Chevy dealership and didn't get waited on and walked out. We had a good experience at Toyota and Lincoln but didn't find anything we liked. We originally had no intention of even looking at Fords, but were passing Kelly Ford in Melbourne, FL and on a whim went in to look. We wanted to look at an Edge. We were met at the door by Salesman Xavier Lott and immediately felt like we mattered. Xavier was very accommodating and showed us several different new Edge's but we did not like them. Xavier took us to the Used lot to find a Explorer but there were no dealer certified that met our requirements. We were ready to leave but he said lets see if we can get you in a new Explorer. We weren't thrilled but he was working so hard we figured what the heck. Well all the Explorer's were too expensive and it started to rain, Xavier went and got us umbrellas and searched his inventory and found a base model he thought might suit us. He was gone for quite a while, but finally showed up with an Explorer that met our requirements. We drove it and really liked it. Xavier was telling us all the things this SUV had as we were driving but we thought it was out of our price range. But we went in to talk and met Dave Palladino who was very congenial, never pushy or demeaning and made us feel welcome and helped work a deal for us that we could handle. While we were in the dealership and waiting to see the finance people, we were greeted by Tabby Collins who went out of her way to offer us snacks, coffee, water and just talked to us like we were her best friend. We never felt like we waited long and Tabby helped with that. We got to Finance and met Sandy Smith...it was late, I think she was working over her allotted time and she had a bad cold. But efficient as heck. She went through all the reams of paperwork, explained every one and showed us where to sign. She never complained and kept telling us thanks for our patience and purchasing a car at Kelly. We had to go back to Kelly a couple more times to clean up loose ends we created and there were no Kelly complaints and once again we were treated like long lost friends when ever we were there by Xavier, Tabby and Sandy and we finally closed all the loose ends. Xavier even synced our cell phones and showed us how to load addresses to the GPS as well as showed us all the features of the Explorer. All in all we were never treated better by any dealership and walked or drove out with a 2019 Ford Explorer that we just love. Xavier has emailed or texted us pictures of us with the car, videos of the Explorer's features and answered questions we had. The people mentioned herein were the ones we met with on a personal basis, but every employee we passed greeted us and welcomed us to Kelly. Thanks to the Kelly team . We would definitely recommend them. More

Over the years my satisfaction with the service has varied from marginal to excellent depending upon which service advisor handled the job. Within the last year or so I began working with Tabby Collins. She has been absolutely outstanding. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough in everything she does. She is a joy to work with! Kelly Ford should be very happy to have her on their team. I need to add a quick comment about the technicians. They do excellent work and have kept my car in tip-top condition. Kudos to them all. More

Jim Wilson and Frank Perez determined that there is a blemish in the glass and worked with Ford to process a claim for replacement. I'll be waiting for an appointment to actually have the replacement done but, cannot say enough about the professional and friendly actions of these two Kelly Ford Service Department guys. They are a credit to their Company and are a large part of why my wife and I depend on them to maintain our Ford vehicles. More
