Excellent! Met several dedicated and cordial employees! We recently visited Kelly Ford to have our 2016 Escape serviced. While waiting, we decided to browse the new car lot and came across the 2018 Escapes We recently visited Kelly Ford to have our 2016 Escape serviced. While waiting, we decided to browse the new car lot and came across the 2018 Escapes. Salesman Xavier Lott came to us and asked a few questions about our car and if we were interested in trading. We had no plans to do so at that time, but Xavier went above and beyond by running some figures for us on a particular 2018 Escape and what we could expect should we decide to trade in our 2016. We left that day and over the next few days gave much thought to the deal offered us. We returned a week or so later to speak with X again but he was not readily available so we spoke with Rob Saslow while we waited for X. We were given an offer we couldn't refuse. Rob got the paperwork going while X got the car ready and took other tasks upon himself to see to it that our visit went well. X and Rob did an outstanding job that day, as well as Angel and Lindsay. Our sincere thanks to everyone involved in this transaction, but especially to X who got the ball rolling and Rob for his initiating the paperwork. More

Please stay away from Kelly Ford They ended up taking three days to do a job that should have taken a half a day. They said I had broken parts (that they found) on my vehicle that wer They ended up taking three days to do a job that should have taken a half a day. They said I had broken parts (that they found) on my vehicle that were working properly prior to service. Somehow, the mileage actually went down from the time I dropped it off and when I picked it up; Over 300 miles. They took my vehicle through their carwash that I specifically asked them not to, then let the water sit in the sun to dry. I definitely recommend Kelly Ford as the dealership to stay away from. Their sales department is greedy and their service department is shady. Not to mention, before this service, one of the technicians saw me outside of the dealership and asked me why I was driving my vehicle, and that it wasn't safe to drive. If the advisor had told me that, I wouldn't have been driving my vehicle. There mustn't be any communication amongst the department. More
