The manager, Christine, called me and said she'd ordered the parts the recall required--went to another dealer and they said this was NOT the case. Left stranded with an unsafe car. Don't buy Ford. If you have to deal, don't go to Kelly. Horrible! Two times I was there, the staff lost other peoples' keys, left others stranded too! More
