STAY AWAY. 3 months after my 5 year warranty expired Kelly Ford "discovered" that the undercarriage of my car had rusted out and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1800. Now I had been bringing my car to Ford for service every 10K miles since I bought and now all of the sudden I had a major rust issue!! Kelly Ford told me I would need to deal with Ford directly. I called Ford. After not getting any response for 2 weeks, they finally did get in contact with me through Kelly Ford and offered to pay $800 and I pay $1000. I continued to complain and wait another week. They came back that they pay $1000 and I pay $800. Although I thought it was totally negligent (or criminal) that Kelly Ford never caught the issue when under warranty I no longer wanted to fight with them. I paid the $800 and got the work done. The day I picked up the car, I noticed it was strongly pulling to the left side. The next day I called Kelly Ford to make an appointment to bring it in at my next available day. My wife gets there and is told car is out of alignment it has nothing to do with repair and that will be $129. She called me I argued with KF that it started right after I got the previous work done. They would not budge. I told my wife to take to another garage. Ten minutes later I get a text to come back as they changed their mind and they will pay. You gotta be kidding me!!! Took car to Tire Kingdom who is doing alignment for $79. I am done with Kelly Ford. The obviously have no idea how to treat a customer who has loyally bringing their car to them for 5 years. Very Friendly Bunch When I got out of my car, there was Andre waiting to help me! Took a couple days of making up my mind, but I settled on the first car I looked at. Everyone there was friendly, not pushy. Andre was not the usual used car salesman I had seen at other dealerships. Great Dealership Everything went fine, the salesmen are fantastic ........ then came the time for the finance department. I was very upset with the price. She kept adding things I didn't want or need, until the cost of the car was more than double the price I was quoted. I was buying a used car, not a Mercedes Benz. She kept saying if I didn't get this or that I would be sorry later when the repair bill came in. The car had a year left on the warranty, so why did I need the extended warranty now, when the original warranty would be voided out by the new one? I got up & walked out! I went to several other dealerships, but didn't see what I wanted. Long story short, I did buy the car at Kelly's the next day, but didn't have to deal with Johnnie. She was pleasant but too aggressive. More
