Tommy did a great job. Things fell apart at the end and have still not been resolved nearly a week later. Someone jacked the floor mats from the vehicle. The replacements were botched & now I'm being promised "they're on order" with committed delivery date. This prompted me to re-review of the paperwork. Seems I'm also missing the tire cover. Also, I asked where the military rebate was in all the paperwork and was told it was in there. I'm pretty sure it's not and I'm out of pocket $500 on top of the other issues. Bottom line: Tommy the Salesman is great, one of the best I've ever had. The rest of the dealership needs a lot of work. Before you hit the approve button on your purchase, you have to really pay attention to make sure you're not getting screwed. More
