Stop calling to see how you've done. Service has been fine. But "follow up" is a royal pain. I kept getting calls from an unknown number on my cell. Finally, one morning at 8:30, a tim Service has been fine. But "follow up" is a royal pain. I kept getting calls from an unknown number on my cell. Finally, one morning at 8:30, a time when most people are very busy, in comes a call from this number again, so I answered it only to find out that Kelly Ford wants to know how I liked my service. I don't know how many other people get as irked at these interruptions as I do, but stop with the continual search for marketing data. Your guys are doing their job. Great. Now let me alone. More

Danielle helped me get a loaner so I had something to drive while my car is being serviced. she let me get it on my time and they all were extremely helpful with other issues that surfaced.
