I recently took my 2017 expedition in to Kelly Ford for some warranty work. The folks behind the counter were courteous and helpful. When the problem wasn’t solved on the first try they re-did the work in a timely manner without question. Nice folks.

"Go here if you like waiting"

If you like to wait hours for your car to be fixed, Kelly Ford is the place for you. I made an appointment weeks in advance, telling the employee that I'd be waiting both when I made the appointment and when I came back for the appointment. A solid three hours later, I got my car back. Save your time and money, buy literally any other car anywhere else.
