No worth the time of the visit I brought my truck in for maintenance primarily changeing of fluids ,brake front and rear differential, transmission fluid, transfer case fluid and co I brought my truck in for maintenance primarily changeing of fluids ,brake front and rear differential, transmission fluid, transfer case fluid and coolant fluid changed. Also I said I was having problems with my power locks I had changed the fuse multiple times and new there must be a short i told them this when I handed them the cleet's there was also two cleats in the bed that needed one bolt each one was stripped out.the last thing that needed to be looked at was two factory recalls on the truck. They told me it would be one day. When they called and said the truck was all done. So when I came in to get the keys and pay the bill the service manager had told me the only fluid they changed was the transmission fluid and that they checked the fuse on the locks and that's it after I told them I knew it wasn't the fuse they claimed that all there fluid changing machines were broken. In the end I lost my truck for a day of work for nothing to get repaired they didn't need any machines to fix the cleet's so why didn't they fix them needless to say I will never be going there again I took it to Ipswich and they fixed everything and were fantastic More

The customer is always (nearly, anyway) right. I went in for oil change with coupon for reduced price. I did not realise that the coupon price was for a 4 cylinder engine. My 6 cylinder takes ano I went in for oil change with coupon for reduced price. I did not realise that the coupon price was for a 4 cylinder engine. My 6 cylinder takes another quart of oil so the price on the bill was and should be higher. I asked why the bill was higher and the service manager explained, then without skipping a beat, the service manager crossed out the price and wrote in the lower coupon price. More

all around friendly place I have found Thomas Ford to be a family of friends to be around and a pleasure to see when my truck needs service. Beverly, MA 01915 Dear Mr. Leary, It is with much consideration and pleasure that I share my recent experience at Thomas Ford. I was in the market for some new tires and new custom wheels for my Ford Mustang GT. I had unwittingly visited a large tire retailer nearby (because that’s what they specialize in, right?) and after two scheduled visits (and nothing but the runaround) left totally frustrated. So I decided I would stop in to Thomas Ford. You cannot imagine the surprise at the level of service that I received at your company. The entire process was the polar opposite of what I had experienced at the so called Tire experts company. At your service desk, a polite young woman recommended that I speak with Lenny Johnson. Let me tell you something. This guy is outstanding! He understands how to forge a business relationship. I explained what I wanted in my new tire package and he was eager to listen and eager to help. Within the first few minutes of my encounter I knew that I was dealing with a professional and someone who understands how to treat people. Lenny took the time to research the specs for any fitment issues. He did some brief research with your parts department as well as online and in a mere matter of minutes assured me that I had come to the right place. (Please accept my apologies that I hadn’t thought of your organization sooner but it won’t happen again). Mark Ringenwald, in the service department, was great a giving me an estimate and getting everything ordered correctly. He also was prompt in ordering and scheduling without making me feel rushed or pressured. Even the technician who took possession of my keys and vehicle after hours was eager to help. He could have just as easily said, “We’re closed, use the drop box on the side of the building” but he didn’t. My Mustang’s new wheel package looks awesome thanks to your staff. Huge kudos to Lenny for a job well done and for his outstanding customer service! I’d also like to thank the rest of the staff that I encountered during the process.
