Derek has been taking care of my Explorer for almost a year. He has found warranty solutions for things that I did not even realize were warranteed. I live in Merritt Island and there are many dealerships and independent mechanics that are much closer, but don't provide the trust and service that we receive from Derek. Great friendly service by DJ! DJ was waiting for me when I arrived 10 minutes early to drop off my car. Service Center Takes Forever I have had my car to the service center several times. The first time they had my vehicle for a week and a half for engine mounts. I dropped my vehi I have had my car to the service center several times. The first time they had my vehicle for a week and a half for engine mounts. I dropped my vehicle off early Monday morning and did not hear any updates until I reached out on Tuesday. I was then told it had parts that needed to be ordered and was going to be Thursday before it was finished. I reached out again after receiving no updates the day I am supposed to pick up my vehicle and am now being told that parts were on backorder and that I was supposedly informed of this. I was not until I asked when I could pick it up that I was given this information. Terrible communication and extremely slow service. More
