Kelly Ford Service Dept. should think twice before they try to screw someone. Just because I am a female in heels doesn't mean I don't know or work on cars. Jesse was a nice guy but not knowledgeable in hi try to screw someone. Just because I am a female in heels doesn't mean I don't know or work on cars. Jesse was a nice guy but not knowledgeable in his job or just trying to make money. 1) Told me rotors needed turned and it would cost me $149, Brand new rotors cost $100 for 2 why would i pay to resurface for $149, then tries to argue with me about how much new ones cost when i looked up on ford site and "other places". They said they would match a local company's pricing but when i told them they charge $50 to resurface he said OOO NOOO we cant do that " I don't have that much wiggle room" I HATE THAT Saying seriously pick something else to say. Didn't even bother asking a manager UNTIL i explained to him in detail brand new is cheaper than resurfacing THEN i told him I did not understand why you are not asking a manager to price match or anything WHY am I having to tell you how to do your job. 2) tells me needs brakes, SOOO New brakes with resurfacing is at ford cost $169.... hmm tell me how that makes sense with the compare of number 1 i mention. I asked him to match the another local place pricing that was having same work for $99 ( w/o asking a manager) he tells me NO we cant, then tells me "we put motorcraft brakes on" FORD brakes are no better than the ones another local company was going to put on, the other company's brakes cost $60 if bought from another store and motorcraft was $5 less. SOOO there is NO plus to put Motorcraft brakes on (my opinion)!! Like him telling me your putting motorcraft on was suppose to be a plus, well hate to tell you for a person that works on cars it is NOT a plus especially working with parts and having experience with all brands. I was soooo mad with the customer service I told him to just forget about everything. SOOO since I do my own brakes and work I went home to change my own brakes as I always do and GUESS WHAT!!! My brake pads had 95% left on them. Please tell me "101 mechanics" how 95% indicates I need new brakes. Rather than asking me how long ago did I put my brakes on they just said I needed new... WELL since I knew I bought them a year ago there was something wrong with the brake pad itself. They looked brand new and FORD service dept didn't know if I changed them last week or a year ago "because they NEVER ASKED ME" VERY disappointed in them not asking questions and just trying to scam money out of someone. If they had asked me I would have said about a year ago and then they should go..... Well I think something is wrong with your brake pads because they are about 95% left BUT since I don't even think they looked how would they have known to ask me. I would have said ooo wow that isn't good OK resurface them for me for $99 and I will do my brakes myself BUT NOOOO since I am thinking no one even cared to look at the issue or ask questions. KELLY FORD has lost another customer not only to the service dept but to buying a car there as well. I work for a HUGE company in the area and I will be telling everyone to go somewhere else like local mechanics that are honest with good pricing. This is another great reason why people should stick with small business owners and not franchises like Kelly Ford. Hey Kelly if you want more business get your prices down with the economy pricing. Again the service dept needs to rethink their prizing plan and to maybe 100% match another company's pricing that is in the area rather than telling the customer they can price match but not for the full amount ( WHICH is not matching). I will not have any servicing done at Kelly ford even my oil changes will be done somewhere else now. And I will might only be going here for my warranty stuff "MAYBE"... Or I will just take it somewhere else for my warranty services. More

I went to Kelly Ford to get my oil changed on my F150 and Tiger Trainer was the advisor that helped me. He opened my door for me and greeted me. He wrote me up for the servicing on my truck and gave me a time frame of completion then escorted me to the waiting area. He informed me of a few other service I was in need of. He recommended since I was there I should go ahead and take care of them to properly maintain my truck so I told him to go ahead and take care of them for me. He was very refreshing to do business with. He added his sense of humor which made things a lot more casual. The price wasn't too terribly bad. Everything was clean. Especially the restrooms. The overall experience was great. I look forward to hopefully having the same experience on my next visit. More

I feel good about giving this dealership the above rating for the following reasons: I have been servicing my Ford Escape here for four years now and have never been disappointed with the outcome. Anthony "tiger" Trainer has been my assigned service manager the past few visits. He is always very professional, can answer any questions I may have concerning my vehicle, is polite and paying attention to details. I feel confident driving long distances after having a trip check and any maintanence taken care of here. I feel this dealership saves me time, trouble ad money. More

I don't usually write reviews but the service I received from your service dept the other day was exceptional. Tiger Trainer is a rare breed! I just moved into the area when my car started a harsh vibration. I was reluctant to bring it into a dealer I didn't know. My consultant Anthony Trainer went out of his way to make my visit feel right at vibration. I was reluctant to bring it into a dealer I didn't know. I was traveling from NC and found a bolt stuck in my tire i pulled into your dealership and Tiger took care of me freindly guy shook my hand looked me in the eyes. He understands what customer service is abo i pulled into your dealership and Tiger took care of me freindly guy shook my hand looked me in the eyes. I went in for a/c service. Originally, i was worried that this would be a very expensive service. But from the first time i made the appt. with Tiger i felt rest assured. While he offered other services that this would be a very expensive service. But from the first time i made the appt. with Tiger i felt rest assured. While he offered other services that i qualified for, i never felt pressured or that what he was offering was unnecessary. He even worked with me as my initial appt. had to be rescheduled and i was never kept waiting. A good price and experience overall. Would definitely recommend/use again More

On a whim I traded in my 95 Mustang 5.0 HP car for the 2006 Ford Fusion that I was drawn to on Kelly Fords Used Car Lot. I have not bought a car from a dealer in many years and having several car salesm 2006 Ford Fusion that I was drawn to on Kelly Fords Used Car Lot. I have not bought a car from a dealer in many years and having several car salesman in my family of past everyone thought I had lost my mind. Let me say this was the best decision I have ever made! Since the deal was a fast quick cash transaction I did not take the car to have it checked out like I usually do so you can imagine my dismay when the A/C would not cool down after a couple of weeks of use and the back passenger door lock froze up. Kelly Ford paired me and my Fusion with Tiger Trainer, Kelly Fords Asst. Service Manager. Not only did Tiger locate the problem and get my car fixed in a speedy manner he also took the time to make sure the car was detailed properly since it was not done the day I made the cash deal with sales. I picked up my car after Ford kindly shuttled me too and from and can truly state that I would recommend Tiger at Kelly Ford for any of your service needs. I did not buy a new car yet have received nothing less of excellent customer service from the initial purchase from sales to my service experience. During the extended warranty period on my Fusion it is extremely satisfying to know that I can count on Tiger to fix it right and with a smile including following up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I am a widow and for the first time in my life have no one that can fix my vehicle or give me advice when I need to repair my car. As a home health aid I rely on my car to carry my patients around town. IF YOU NEED SERVICE OR IF YOU ARE JUST FED UP WITH THE PERSON GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND ABOUT YOUR USED CAR MY ADVICE IS TO " GIVE TIGER A CALL" ! This comment is based on being extremely impressed!
