Best car buying experience I've ever had. We're busy, 2 little kids and I travel a lot for work. So for me to take the time to even write this review speaks volumes. I couldn't be more impressed with the team at Kelly Honda. From the get-go, James was responsive and helpful. I'm in sales myself so I know how hard it can be at times to draw the line between "selling" and still being a decent human being - he's figured it out. John jumped in to help on a day that James was out and helped move things along at the pace I had hoped for. They obviously have a good partnership. Initially, we were hesitant to purchase a car from Kelly simply because of the distance from where we live, very inconvenient. But James and John made it clear to me that it was worth the drive. We didn't meet Joseph until we came in to fill out the paperwork and I was like "who is this guy and why is he getting involved now..". James explained that he was the sales rep on the sale and handed us off to him. He couldn't have handed us off to a better person. Joseph was fantastic throughout. He put up with our 3 and 4 year olds in the dealership while we waited for credit approval, etc.. patient and nice the entire time. But on top of that, we were in a pickle: we live in Newburyport and I work in the city. We were hoping the car would arrive on a specific Friday we were both off, but it came late and everything couldn't be finalized until Monday - we couldn't figure out a way to coordinate the pickup. Joseph delivered the car all the way up to Newburyport on a Monday night and then spent well over and hour (well over) taking my wife through the details of the car. I wish I had a guy like that working for me - OUTSTANDING customer service and like James, a genuinely good person. It's corny, but it made you feel good about purchasing the car from someone like that. We've bought from a lot of dealerships over the years, some higher-end (Acura,Mercedes, Volvo) and some not, but none of them can compare to the experience we recently had with Kelly. Kelly Honda was awesome and it was sincerely appreciated. More

Part of it is probably because the 2015 Touring had gone through the 1st year depreciation. But the fact that there are no changes in the 2016 compared to the previous model made the offer very attractive. I had Denise for a sales rep, she was very polite and helpful. She kept calling me with updates. I called the dealership one day before my appointment to pick up the car and they had it ready for me within 2 hours. More

It would only taken a few extra minutes but leave a better impression. While in the waiting area, I approached Brandon asking about special on the lease for Accord. I was upfront and told him that I am not making any decisions and just inquiring if they have anything good going on. He told me that the promotions changes every month and the deal will depend on time when I am ready to get a new car. He didn't get out of his desk or ever get up of his chair. He basically dismissed me. Not coming back to him or to the dealership unless Kelly has something that no over places do. By the way, my lease was up in December and I am now on the extended lease and can get a new car anytime I want. If Brandon spend a few more minutes with me, I might of offered him that information. But our conversation was to short for that. I would like to Thank Ariel for his smile and friendliness and the girl at the Customer Service desk by the Service department (don't know her name) - she also was very friendly, responded to my questions with a smile, and was very friendly. Over all, I got what I came for - an oil change. Could of driven away in a cleaner car or a brand new car to that matter. More

For example, I called to ask if it was okay to take a trip to the Cape when I had a 10% oil reminder on my dash. The employee did not know, so I was put on hold while she asked a technician. Then I asked her what type of oil I would need to put in my CR-V and she put me on hold again to ask the technician. I made a very bad mistake by putting the oil into the transmission hole, so I called back and told the same employee what I did, and once again, I was put on hold for several minutes while she checked with the technician. I miss David (I believe that was his name), who had extensive knowledge about the service of my car. On a very positive note, my car was towed to Kelly Honda, in order to have the transmission flushed out and Ariel was great. He got the process started quickly and within an hour, the technician had flushed out the transmission area and I was on my way to the Cape. More

Joseph even delivered our car when our schedules didn't allow for us to pick it up ourselves. He was friendly (excellent with my children) and he went the extra mile to explain all the features of the car even though it was late in the evening. He made sure I was completely comfortable with our new car before he left. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Joseph to all my friends and family.
