I had done a bit of research and visited one other dealership where I had previously made a purchase. I had a strong idea of what a fair price would be. The Lynnway location is very convenient for me, so I was hopeful that the situation would work out, but I was prepared to walk away, and quickly, if I detected any shenanigans. Good news for me! The experience at Kelly was excellent. I walked into the showroom on a Saturday eve, close to closing time. The manager assigned me to a rep named Joseph, who was outstanding. We resolved price very quickly, there was plenty of inventory. I came back the next day so that I could pick out my car in the daylight. When I came back, everything was prepared. I picked out a car, did the paperwork, got a great Honda Finance offer--all was smooth and efficient and the finance manager did a great job. I came back the next day to pick up the car and got a great demo from Joseph on all the car's features. I would highly recommend that all who are in the market for a Honda check out Kelly on the Lynnway. The buying experience was excellent for me. I have purchased 8 cars in my life so far, and Kelly was at the top in terms of purchasing experiences. More

Amazing.. We were treated like FAMILY We had gone to one Dealer in Danvers first, because it was closer to our home.. We received a quote after hours of back and forth " I can Do This and That's the Final Deal"; my Son-in-law Sandro wanted another price and called Kelly Honda and spoke with a gentlemen named Joe Sullo. That's when Searching for a car became not a "Begging for a Deal" but a Man that made us feel like he was buying the car for himself or a family member. Joe and Said Bousbaa were very professional; and when after just a Few minutes we knew this was our Dealership. The Price they quoted us with a remote starter installed was $1800 cheaper than Honda North. I actually the next day got a phone call from a manager from Danvers asking if we had found a Vehicle, after telling them of the saving Kelly had offered us, he never asked if he could match it or do anything for us.....that's the difference in a Professional and Caring Dealership. If I could have given more Stars I would have.. And just as another plus, let me just say the Coffee/Tea Machine made the BEST GREEN TEA... When I came into the dealership to look at a Honda CR-V, Clariza had just left for the evening and I dealt with Eric White. Eric was a lot of fun to work with and showed me everything about the car even before I made my decision. (I had gone to Atlantic Toyota just before I went to Kelly Honda to look at a Rav4 and was basically told; here is the car.) Eric was very knowledgeable and when I came back to pick up my car, he actually showed me how everything worked, He also stated if I had any questions at all after I drive the car for a little bit, to call or just show up and he would go over any questions I had, I would definitely recommend Kelly Honda of Lynn. Poor Customer Service I recently brought my 2007 Honda Accord in for service last Saturday. I was told by Justin that he will be ordering the part and would get a call on Monday when part arrives to schedule the appointment. No call on Monday or Tuesday. Called Wednesady, New Years Eve, Justin was not working so I spoke with the Manager Mike who said he will take care of the issue and to verify if part came in and would let me know by the end of business. No call. Called the dealership today, can't get a hold of Mike or Justin and am unable to leave voice mail because no one has voice mail, not even the Manager...lol. I understand people are busy and service departments are always busy, but a call back shouldn't be too much ask for. even if the part is not in or back ordered I would like to know. They are not making it easy. More
