Shady I went into Kelly because I had done previous business there. At first I felt they were being honest in their pitch but I soon received an email from Kelly Honda stating I could get out of my lease and into a new one at the same price and vehicle I currently had. Jeremy told me that I couldn't and that I could only get into an Accord Sport not an exl because of my credit. I was quoted $400 a month for a sport after talking them down from $430 a month with $1500 down. They told me it was the end of the month and it was a good deal. I did some research and called other dealerships. I was quote $347 a month for a brand new accord exl with only $1000 down. I went into Commonwealth Honda and in two hours I had leased a new Accord Exl for $369 a month a $1000 down for 3 years once they looked at my trade. I told Kellly I wanted my deposit back. Ron in the finance office told me one that I didn't have negative equity in my vehicle and that it was worth $19k, Commonwealth gave me $16k which was true to Kelly blue book. Ron told me I couldn't go to an Exl because my payment would go up. Long and short of it was Ron is shady and a lair. I was leaving Kelly and the sales manager Mike, who was very nice and seemed honest, said he might be able to make the numbers work for the Exl, but he would have to get back to me. He told me he would call me within a half hour. I didn't receive a call until the next day while I was sitting in Commonwealth. Kelly lied from the beginning and never tried to earn my business. They tried to take advantage of me. I ended up with a brand new Accord Exl for $369 a month with 1k down, Kelly offered me an Accord Sport for $400 a month. Remember the sport is two trim levels lower than the Exl and they wanted $1500 down. Kelly lost my business because they weren't honest. Very shady dealership. Angel is the WORST SALESMAN EVER! I was shopping for a Honda Civic, made an internet inquiry and Morgan had contacted me so I went in and looked further into their inventory. Angel was my salesman, poor attention to my desires,poor customer service,and poor listening skills. I drove tested a 2007 Honda Civic,liked it but it costed more than or just AS MUCH as a BRAND NEW CAR. Negotiation obviously did not go well even after he checked my credit and found it flawless. Instead of trying to sell me the used car that I liked for a more reasonable price , he told me to buy a brand new car instead since its about the same price. No manager was involved even though he saw my frustration. So I brought my business to Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. Part of there deal was if you went in and drove test a car, you would get a $25.00 Visa gift card whether you bought or not. Angel said it was going to get mailed to me and never did so, no followups from anyone. Let me just say from Herb Chambers and Kelly,it was pretty much like night and day. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go to Kelly Honda. THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF! More

Julie was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable explaining my options. There was no pressure at all, as she kindly explained my options. She answered any question I asked concerning the process and did not rush me with my thoughts. I decided to enter a new Pilot Lease and Julie was very helpful. I felt the dealership gave me some great numbers to move forward with the new Lease. This is my family's fifth vehicle with Kelly and every time my experience was very accommodating. I have had great experiences with Sergei Grebenchuck in the past and this time was paired up with Chris Osorio and he took right over and got into a new accord sedan with everything i needed and asked with no surprises. He was very thorough and showed all bells and whistles that the vehicle provides. I will certainly come calling for Chris when I go back for my next lease some point soon. He is a professional and very attenative to my needs. Both he and Jeremy McComb had not issues going back and forth with the numbers to point out the bottom line savings to me from a business prespective and I appreciated that coming from the customer end. Very disappointed Initially we were nicely entertained by the sales consultant Richard Grogan. After we informed him of our wishes he relayed it to his sales manager. After a few negotiations we were told they "can work it out". He made me sign a few papers for credit check and a paper stating the "agreed upon transaction" then we issued a check for the down payment. We were told the business manager (Mr. Ronald Avelar) was finalizing our papers, who shortly after, approached us and said that the prior agreed terms "does not exist in Honda". We were not happy with the new terms presented to us so we opted to not pursue with any transaction, that we do not want to waste their time and we will just get our check back. Mr. Avelar said "okay" and left the room then he came back with Mr. Michael O'Connell (sales manager). They both showed us computations on the computer and told us my husband's computation doesn't make sense. Mr. Michael O'Connell blatantly told us "you are reinventing math". This was unnecessary! My husband brought with him his "finance calculator". He is a Business Administration graduate and getting straight "A's" in his Masters for Business Administration. He worked at the loans department in a bank for years. We are not stupid!!! We know taxes and processing fees. We are employees ourselves and we know costumer service. You can not make us think we are stupid if you think you know better. More

We feel so fortunate to have met the salesman we did from Kelly Honda for our recent new car lease, Michael Steinhoff. Not only is Mike a true professional in every sense of the word, but he is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. We had never leased before, and Mike explained it all, answering any questions we had. Before and during our test drive, he showed us some of the features of the car we were interested in. We had a couple of cars we were planning to look at at other dealers as well, but felt so confident in Mike, we decided then and there to lease our 2014 Honda CRV that day. We truly believe that Mike made the decision easy. In all our years of car buying, this was without a doubt the easiest and most pleasant experience! When we picked our new car up, Mike went over all the features again, answering all our questions. He said something we have never heard before..."If you have any questions at all, call me. I come with the car"!! How amazing is that?? Although we have not had to use the service department, we expect nothing less than what we have seen so far. The last two cars I've gotten have been from Kelly, when I went in in January to look at cars I did not have intentions of purchasing/leasing at that time. Because of the the way they made me feel, so when I went in in January to look at cars I did not have intentions of purchasing/leasing at that time. Because of the the way they made me feel, so at ease and cordial with no pressure, I was able to make the deal that day. We first met with Mike O'Keefe, who made us feel totally comfortable an at ease, and he intern put us with Joe Sulo who couldn't help us enough. His product knowledge was undeniable. At the time of pick up he had programmed in my favorite radio stations while explaining all the features of the Honda CRV. He took the time to help program the blue tooth for me also. Since then we have referred our neighbor an friend an he has purchased a CRV also. My husband has had two Hondas and this is my second over the years, so this experience will by far keep us with the Kelly family. More
