And when my insurance company was dragging their feet in getting a necessary form over to him, he was very respectful of my time and even arranged transportation for me to run some errands while we waited. It's nice to experience such first class customer service... it seems something of a rarity these days (especially in the "back room", so to speak, of the finance department.) Now if these guys go the extra mile for you, it's a good guess everyone else upfront does as well ! More

A Honda Fit with standard transmission I dreaded the work that was going in to finding a new car. Ryn made it easy. He found me the car that I wanted. A Honda Fit with standard transmission . I had no knowledge about the FIT before he suggested it. . Is a great car. The model in the lot did not have a sunroof which was one of the items I wanted. He was able to get one installed with a lifetime warranty. There was no pressure to buy a higher priced car. He was very helpful in getting the registration and inspection sticker done in a timely fashion. Will reccomend him to anyone who is looking for a new car. More

Does not honor written quotes Salespeople were fine and friendly. But the leadership does not honor what they say they'll do. We all expect dealerships to try to slip in extras Salespeople were fine and friendly. But the leadership does not honor what they say they'll do. We all expect dealerships to try to slip in extras and you have to be on alert and cautious when trusting what they verbally say as it is so easy for what's said to be changed or "misinterpreted." Kelly's is the only dealership I've encountered who has reneged on their written word! They gave a quote first verbally from Joe (General Manager), and then later in writing from Miguel and Harry on the go-ahead word of Joe, which I confirmed twice before heading in to buy (Bait). Once there, they (Angel and Andre) balked at the quote, but when I showed the email they sent me with all the details laid out, and the price, Angel said "one heck of a deal...okay!" Started drawing up the papers. Each time they brought out the papers, they had slipped something in and changed the agreement. I kept catching it, and they would re-examine their emailed quote and state "oh, our mistake." They'd go back to fix it, just to return with different details changed for the worse (Switch). Finally, the General Sales Manager (Andre) comes out and aggressively tells me "I'm not doing that deal" that they had put in writing to get me to come down. Shamefully, he then left the conversation so his salesperson (Angel) had to defend his decision...who did well as he could, as respectfully as he could. Clearly, integrity is not a quality the management here values or practices. To be blunt, even if they were to come back and offer me the car for an even better price, I would be very hesitant to accept as it seems to me that getting into business with them is dangerous. When not even their own written word is important to Kelly Honda, nothing this dealership does should be trusted. More

From the moment I stepped into the door to the moment I left with my car (and afterwards, really) I've been treated like an absolute queen and totally been amazed by the entire staff's professional courtesy, camaraderie, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile. Extra points goes to James Hudson for being the sales rep that worked with us--he was genuinely kind and knew his inventory backward and forward, was adept at assessing what I was looking for, and was focused and confident without being aggressive at all. 5 stars. More

After visiting its site & chatting online with a rep, I was sent an email with an iQuote from Harry Balla within a half hour, which honored the savings I'd found through TrueCar. When I arrived at the dealership, i was greeted by Harry, who then referred me to Sal Castro, who was very helpful with the test drive & answering questions about the car. When we finalized the deal, I was referred to Jose Soto, who was very thorough & professional in explaining my finance options, as well as respectful of my decision, with no pressure tactics. Finally, the transition from my car to my new HR-V was seamless & thorough. All in all, a pleasant experience! More
