see below I had an issue with my cellphone not connecting to the bluetooth in the car. I went to the Verizon dealer and was told it was not a problem with the p I had an issue with my cellphone not connecting to the bluetooth in the car. I went to the Verizon dealer and was told it was not a problem with the phone itself, but with the bluetooth connection and was told to go to the dealership. Two very nice gentlemen assisted me. I believe it was Justin who helped with the bluetooth issue and solved that problem. I then asked if it would be possible to get an oil change while I was there although I didn't have an appointment and Christopher said no appointment was needed and I could have that done while I was there. Both gentlemen were very cordial and helpful. Although I thanked both of them, I'd like the Manager to know about my visit to your dealership. Everyone seemed pleasant and respectful. More
