Not to mention she knows her product. I wish my interactions with all sales people were as good as they are with Ms. Febonio. I've recomdned Honda and Julie to several people and will continue to do so. I would also like to add the Eli Hanna was also excellent to deal with and very patient when going over the paperwork. Ryn Benson gave great customer service from the moment he greeted me to long after I received the car--answering final questions and checking on last details. He was respectful, honest, patient, and even fun to talk to throughout the process. I recommend he get a pay increase and more responsibility! When it came to financing my car, the dealership tried to get me a better interest rate than my credit union, and in the end it was pretty comparable! I chose to finance with my own credit union, but it's worth investigating if your bank isn't offering you very good terms. The only way this could have been a more rewarding experience would be to have paid a lower price for the car, but I am satisfied overall that I got a good deal on a reliable vehicle that will last me for years and still have high resale value if/when I choose to sell or trade it in.
